I'm a sucker for good pixel art. How did I miss the Kickstarter 2 years ago? I would have supported you guys with the $200 pixel portrait perk. I hope the console version won't be too far away. Count me in for a Switch retail version, which is a must for this game.

You know what this game has? Those images you always see of really good mvs and platformers with the sickest pixel art that are just art and never come out, only, this is an actual game that's (hopefully) coming out! Anyone know what Im talking about with those images though?

This game looks amazing, I actually featured it in my latest video of upcoming indie metroidvania/soulslikes!
Will there be an option to put the health and stamina bar on top of your character like the enemies? Top left corner is very hard to keep an eye on when the action is at the bottom center of the screen.
I could imagine that this might lead to another problem though. Namely that you lose track on which figure on screen is actually you. But we'll see and more options are always better than fewer.
@@the_verTigO I can see that as being a problem for some. My solution to that is to outline your HP/stamina bars in a different color than the enemies, something obvious to know that it's you (for example royal blue)
@@SoushinSen I'd say put them beneath the player sprite so they never overlap with enemies' bars.
Good request btw, it would be nice to give players the option.

check out the kickstarter trailer from like 2 years ago thís could have been so much more. Nonetheless I finished the game today and it is still good anyway.
Parece que o jogo sofreu muitos cortes. O combate está muito mais simplificado do que no trailer antigo.

Actually, yes! Gunpowder was first concieved by the Chinese around 9th century, ironically, while searcing for the "elixir of life".
The Mongols then used it extensively during their invasion of Japan. It's definately a tool of war and was implimented by the Japanese samurai with the "Hiya Taihou".
A small hand-canon, that fired explosive rockets. :) .. Shinobi also used smoke & explosive bombs and very likely so did the samurai.
If anything can give you an edge in the battlefield, you use it... We confuse the romantic samurai image the movies and anime show. But, reality was a lot uglier.
