Herbert has to be the most gracious and humble player in the NFL at his elite talent level. He is always so kind, well spoken and never ever gives himself credit for his success, he always deflects that to his receivers, his linemen and his coaches. Herbert is just the best.

I think every situation is different and everything is balance and big difference between being aggressive or smart or just reckless. I like that aggressive mentality but I think depending on the situation and opponents weaknesses u make certain decisions

If the Chargers start taking charge on improving their horrible defense? Herbert will win 3 Super bowls in his career. He is 10 times better than the best QB the Chargers ever had... HOF Dan Foust. He's that good! mark my words.
Herbert isn't going to play many playoff games or any Super Bowls thinking like this . Sometimes you gotta back up , punt , play defense . The Sunday night game was great but thats an anomaly. .........most games you are not gonna make 5 4th downs in a row in the 4th quarter . Staley went for it wayyyyy to many times .
You dont get it, his defense was ranked 31st in the league. I, just like staley, wouldnt have faith in them making a stop. Which is why he went for it so much. Obviously if they have a good defence the coach will not risk it as much.
I mean.. the guy has 22 4th down conversions this year. Lol, with a 65% conversion rate. He wouldn't have even made the playoffs if they didn't go for 4th downs so much.
