OK but imagine this...

Strong Man Iwaizumi, lifting any weight, pulling any object, his muscles bulging with his strain of performance.
And tying every act together with an incredible energy as well as showmanship,
Bokuto, your ringleader.

I was gonna say a bird (mainly owl) tamer Bokuto, but then he's the ring leader, and that's so much better. Maybe Akaashi as that then?
Honestly though, I'm just commenting to see any other amazing ideas sprout from this lolol
Here are some ideas I have. I hope they are useful....
Ushijima could be the bird tamer (I say he is good) maybe, or Akaashi (nah). Maybe Daichi (meh), any is fine. How about Nishinoya, Tanaka, and Yamamoto? The clowns? Because they are always after Kiyoko, and they look stupid doing that.
I feel like Lev has to be in there somewhere too, but I don't know where (daredevil act?). Oh, Terushima (I think that's how you spell his name) could be someone too. A swordsman? I feel like he should go against Kageyama in a duel, but idk.
Tendou could be an acrobat with Kenma, unless you want separate people doing each part.
Oh, Akaashi can be a co-ring leader, if that is even a thing. Coach Ukai can like, set up the circus (manager?) maybe.

Okay, so someone put in what they think each person would be in a circus, so imma toss my thoughts into the ring-
(I’m putting them in sections for their own schools.)
Oikawa - Ring Leader: Do I need to say a thing? He leads the team and can put everyone’s eyes on him easily.
Kenma - Acrobatic: I think he’d a acrobatic due to his whole guessing thing. He can easily think of what would impress the audience and guess what to do next to make it cooler.
Kuroo - Lion Tamer: Kuroo isn’t easily intimidated. So, not scared of the lion. He knows how to intimidate, impress, and do more with a lion. And more.
Bokuto - Ring Leader: He’s a leader and he encourages everyone around him. This makes him a good ring leader with his loud voice and interesting personality.
Akaashi - Swordsman: I wanted Akaashi to be something not too dangerous, but impressive. So swordsman. Akaashi pays attention to detail and people’s behaviors (specifically Bokuto), so he has great precision when throwing.
Hinata - Acrobat/Tightrope: I wanted something intriguing and interesting about him. So why not a acrobat on a tightrope? A dangerous and unique job, like Hinata.
Kageyama - Juggler/Tightrope: Hinata and Kageyama work together, so I wanted something to connect them. Kageyama tosses well, so why not?
Nishinoya - Trapeze: I wanted him to do the trapeze because it’s very quick paced and unique. Although he’s the one closest to the ground, he’s still a crow.
Daichi - Ring Leader: not even gonna get started on why. he is team dad, therefore, he ring leader. he good leader
Suga - Ring Leader: im not explaining this either-
Tsukishima - Swordsman: i wanted something dangerous, yet not too dangerous. so here.
Yamaguchi - Magician: His jump float serve is like magic. It’s impressive and surprising. Like magic. (The one I thought the most about, tbh ^^”)
