Only Single Palm-Change, Double Palm-Change, Lion, Phoenix, & Monkey Forms were well or fairly-well discernable. Unicorn Form was very difficult to see with all of the interference; & there was only a quick glimpse of a small portion of Snake Form (essentially useless to the viewers). The Dragon, Hawk, & Bear Forms were totally unwatchable (these were essentially missing from this video due to the interference).
