The exterior of our loft boasts a stunning façade adorned with corrugated steel, providing both thermal insulation and acoustic comfort. Inside, concrete, metal, and glass take center stage, exuding an industrial aesthetic that is both chic and sophisticated. Tiles are strategically placed in wet areas such as bathrooms, toilets, and service areas, ensuring both functionality and style.
As you enter the loft, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen and dining area, seamlessly integrated into the overall design. The living room awaits you towards the back, offering a cozy retreat for relaxation and entertainment. A standout feature of this loft is the unique spiral staircase, positioned in the center of the integrated living room. It not only serves as a practical divider for the kitchen but also adds a touch of elegance with its captivating design. WHAT IS A LOFT?
Lofts are houses with a single integrated environment, that is living room, kitchen, and bedroom belong to the same environment without any walls. Usually, the bedroom is positioned on a mezzanine. This type of house is ideal for single people or couple because of these characteristics.
When you have guests or intend to have children, lofts are no longer a big attraction. But lofts has something special about them, the aesthetics, the simplicity of the integrated environments, this makes them very attractive to us. So how can we have a functional 2-bedroom home in such an environment? Big Tiny Houses presents, in this house, a solution.

Why have I been away?
For those who don't know, I'm an architect and i work with clients in my country, and these last months my schedule was crazy.
My goal is to work only with Big Tiny Houses, but this is not possible yet.
UA-cam values quantity over quality, and I value the quality of my projects, I do every detail and I always want to deliver the best quality possible. And this takes time, a lot of time.
This year I intend to do many more projects here for BTH, but I need your help.

Thank you very much for your comment. I'm glad you liked the house. The entire roof is insulated. Since this house doesn't have a ceiling, it's very important that the whole roof is insulated to help control the temperature inside the house.

With 2.5 -3 feet of passage on all three sides,
2 storeys floor plan.. or may be 3
Four bedrooms (1 for couple + 1 for children + 1 for parents + 1 for guests)
Small Central courtyard opened to the sky , from ground floor to the terrace,
Semi opened Terrace with sit out + planters + solar panels,
Two car parks,
Living space with dining,
Small recreation & game room
Attached bath in one bedroom + one common bath on each floor,
Kitchen of course.

I advise you to look for Sketchup, it is a very simple and easy to start 3D program.
