From the rural southern greater Somalia.
All I got is welded pull-up bar with a dip bar connected together that I designed when I got here and I wanted to start a workout team which I do have now.
      Thanks for the tips sir.

I love leg raises, when I actually do it right that is, but for some reason my body occasionally just decides to completely fuck it up, and when this happens I never quite figure out how to engage the right muscles and it just goes to shit (maybe it's got something to do with what exercise I do just before?) Anyway I'm definitely gonna try these from now on, thanks man! 🙏

In gymnastics we guys did hanging leg raises from the girls uneven bars. Use the one where you butt is just a few inches off the floor. Then raise your legs from that starting position. It keeps the ROM to 90° and prevents using momentum and forcing the abdominals to do most of the heavy lifting.

Am I rotating my lumbar too much while doing it or does it just naturally load the lumbar with weight? right now i can only even do them with knees bent so it shouldnt hurt to much.

I don't think support is beneficial for this. Abs work best when the force is not distributed in something else like a chair or a machine. Abs get worked when you lift heavy weight standing up. Abs are or balance, so it's better to not do anything to cheat balance. Let them work.
