One of the things that is confusing me about scrapbooking is the pages inside the book. Can I use pocket pages and just card stock pages inside my scrapbook? Does everything have to be in a pocket page?

Do you think it's more economical to print through Persnickety Prints than printing them out yourselves?

i haven't done the math, but it would probably be more economical to print at home. of course, you;d have to initially invest in a printer and pay for paper and ink. i used to print on a canon selphy and it was really convenient to be able to print whenever i needed to.
on the other hand, i think the price and quality is worth it to go through persnickety. i've always had a great experience working through them and i know they do deals where you can buy print credits in bulk and you can use them later! right now, i personally lean toward persnickety :)

Thank you so much for this. I have a bunch of stuff I have been carrying around almost 20 years now, and I have soooo many photos (printed) from the 70s 80s 90s etc ... and I have made 2 beautifully done books for my Sons . They absolutely love them. What I am saying is, its been a while, and I am going to start a scrapbooking night at the clubhouse here in Mira Bay in Apollo Beach, fl. Again, its been a while, and I just pulled out SOO Much stuff, I'm back in the Fun. And I am going to have others make Christmas gifts for their loved ones. Fabulous idea. Ty again, you inspired me ( wish I had a photo of the 2 I made, I made others but not like those.

How do you stamp on Persnickety prints? I got some matte prints and nothing would dry on them. I tried Staz-On, archival ink, memento, VersaFine and nothing worked on them. They would just wipe off.

I use rangers archival ink and I’ve never had an issue! I usually just leave it untouched for 10 minutes or so and it’s usually dry for me.
