- (Legendado em Português) This is the Moto Guzzi version, that many of us were waiting.
This bike is like a Moto Guzzi V7 racer loaded with steroids.
It was made in Germany, by Michael Nitzsche owner of Italo Motos.
The name of this Super Guzzi, is the 936 CR (Bellagio).
I really love the V7. Maybe the best retro inspired machine on the market. With one exception: the number plate is not necessary. In my opinion, the plate detracts from the otherwise classic, beautiful lines
Ichiban Moto You just take the number plates off!
Stephen Harrison understood, however the side number plates are part of the molded plastic seat cowl. Sure, there are simple ways to customize, modify or replace it- however as a stock machine, the number plates are silly looking. But that's just one opinion.
# plates can be unbolted and taken off.
La Guzzi era, è e sara sempre un esempio di Italianità nel Mondo!
Beautiful, I am a lover of 2 into 1 exhausts and this one is crafted beautifully
you were right saying impossible not to like it, that's a really beautiful V7.
Thank you my friend for your support. :) Cheers.
Oh man!
This guzzi is absolutely f***ing owesome!!!
What a dream!
Mathias Koch Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you liked. Cheers.
I must have missed this video originally. I own a modified V7 Racer with upgraded suspension and Zard exhaust, I bought it because it was beautiful. But this video reminds me of what the bike could and should be. Thanks again for your excellent and illuminating work
Thank you my friend for your kind comment. :) Cheers.
I always like to see a bike improved upon, but what is this an improvement of? The V7 Racer doe not have high BHP but is light, and has a high quality finish. I love mine! This is based on the Bellagio, more power but heavier. The V7 Race is a great bike in the true spirit of a Cafe Racer, good power to weight ratio and great looking. This bike is unrefined and no great leap forward performance wise.
Stephen Harrison I understand your opinion. The original V7 racer will always be one of the main references among all new Cafe Racers. But i like sharing different perspectives. Thanks for sharing your opinion. Cheers.
Whoever said this bike doesn't instill passion isn't living in my skin. Yes, I'd like to see a few small changes (principally the exhaust) and some detail accents, but the basic concept is right on, IMHO! Moto Guzzi could build this bike and bring it to market here in the states at a price that would attract many buyers. I've been wanting to see an Italian manufacturer build a bike like this for years. While the V7 racer is quite nice, it's performance is a bit understated for my tastes, so the ItaloMotos version looks to hit the nail on the head. There's a definite resurgence of interest in Cafe Racers here in the states. Miguel Galluzzi, PLEASE Take Note!
Dean Love Thank you for sharing your opinion with Us. I didn't get the last sentence of your comment. Are you Miguel Galluzzi?
RACER TV No, I am not. I was merely hoping that Miguel Galluzzi would see your video and take note of the concept, so I wrote: "Miguel Galluzzi, PLEASE Take Note!". I would love to see Moto Guzzi produce a cafe racer like the V7, but with more HP and Torque. I feel as though the Italo Motos has the basic concept right, but the bike is a little understated for my tastes. Sorry to take so long to respond to you, but for some reason either my computer or the website wouldn't allow me to respond until today. Go figure!
I fell in love with Guzzi bikes recently, and purchased my first Breva. Your V7 racer is perfect, but not much "cafe" retro. It looks more like Griso to me. However still beautifull.
+Petr Pařízek Thank you for sharing your opinion. Cheers.
"And as allways" you have done nice job
Thank you my friend. Cheers.
I love the voice! Don't change a thing! The slight irregularities make it better. Sometimes I like to imagine that you're actually an extra terrestrial who only appreciates one thing about planet Earth....café racers!! Which coincidentally is exactly how I feel most of the time. (Except I'm not actually an alien, I just feel like one)
Noel Leavitt Lol. I really liked your comment. You described a perspective, which never crossed my mind.Thank you for sharing your comment. Cheers.
You should create a personna -- give the voice a name and a back story. Keep up the excellent quality of your videos and you have the potential to become a fixture in the online café racer community. Cheers!
Noel Leavitt
Thank you for your kind words.
I understand your suggestion. But i also think that the mystery factor about myself has also some advantages. Maybe one day i will share my back story and the reasons why i created Racer Tv channel.
I can tell you, that all this started because of sad reasons, but became in a successful ending. Be patient, and all things will be told one day. Cheers.
hello, I'm glad that you like so much Italian motorcycles, I am Italian, as always fantastic bike ... soon
Hi Marco.Usually, I like any bike which is beautiful and well made. But I have to admit that Italians have some sort of sixth sense in what concerns to aesthetics and design. And cafe racer bikes are no exception to Italian qualities. Thanks for your comment.
thank you for your videos.. :)
well thought out well engineered by the looks of things have not rode one yet...But the V7 I have and believe it's a ride I can truly say I love...
+Pete Barber Thanks for sharing your opinion. Cheers.
As Frejborg said, the voice isn’t horrible. I would describe it as a bit heavy on the baritone, slightly muted, with drawn out accents, and the occasional stilted and/or omitted word choices. Kinda sounds like every movie trailer voice-over I have heard in American theaters. Very familiar in that context. Just for reference, I am a 58 y/o, American male, living in the Pacific Northwest. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for sharing your opinion. It is very important to me knowing this kind of details about this voice. And your opinion become even more important, after knowing that you are American. Thanks for seeing the video, and i hope you keep watching Racer TV.
this ! is ! Reale Bike ! Bella Machina !!!!
steig auf meine MotoGuzzi ....
I love that vintage look...
Headers are well done IMO. The junction from 2 into one is difficult, not sure how else you could do, great effort.
Beautiful bike, love the longer chasis as opposed to the original Racer.
Chauncey Rash Thanks for sharing your opinion. Cheers.
Still one of my favourites😉
So is this model coming to production ? V7 has been my dream "off the shelf" bike and now that bike i wud totally buy someday because it looks so so much better.
Hi Timo.I totally agree with your comment. But for now, only ItaloMotos can build you this Super Guzzi. But there is always the possibility of Moto Guzzi CEO seeing this video, and decide to produce this version. Lol. Thanks for your comment.
I have a Moto Guzzi Bellagio Luxury, and this is precisely what i envisage for the future, but i'll do it myself. Fitting a V7 fuel tank and seat is actually quite simple, using slightly modified original parts. I will use a modified and recovered Bellagio seat, as i do not like the number plates, and i have a similar exhaust already fitted. Thanks for the video.
Thank you. I'm glad you liked my friend. Good luck for your project. :) Cheers
Got to Ride a SP1000. and fell in Amore' with Moto Guzzi. Own a Harley. But still want one these Bikes sittin next to it.
Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective. :) Cheers.
Im sure the guy doing the voice over reads funeral orations for his day time job. After 5 mins I felt like slashing my wrists!!!!
Unfortunately, things are more complicated than most people may think. I use this "robotic" voice created by software, because i'm Portuguese, and my bad english accent (and voice), can ruin the documentary character that i like for my videos. I already tried a real american voice in one of my videos, but things didn't worked as i expected. Curiously, the robotic voice sounds very good for all non english natives. Cheers.
Aha! That explains it. Maybe a Valentino Rossi version of the voice would be more inspiring?
Lool. :)
Dream-Bike 😍
Very elegant but it has to be said that the Bellagio is a fantastic bike in it's own right and costs €17000 less..
exactly!
i feel like a computer is telling me its opinion.
Salacious Crumb Lol. Well, try to think that there is a real person behind this robotic voice. Cheers.
@@RACER_TV Yet one of the best pronounciations of Moto Guzzi compared to the way foreigners usually say it. And we love the robotic voice, as recent events have proved ;-)
Nice machine it's lines flow!proportional representation?
Deutch moto , magnifique
+Christian Zottoli I'm glad you liked. Cheers.
Awsome looking bike the only downside is the exhaust is on the wrong side spoiling the look of the single swing arm and wheel;-(
A Great Moto Guzzi, however I dislike the strange exhaust tubes: too complicated. On tube per cylinder on every side has always been the better solution and more elegant too.
Thank you my friend for sharing your perspective. :) Cheers.
@@RACER_TV : Thanks for your informations!
The voice over / naration is hillarious, like a bad 1960's Robot ha ha
Professor Hawkins has better annunciation !!!
I have a V 11 LeMans which is superb, however if Guzzi had made the Racer an 1100 I would have traded up..
So cool 🦋
Love the vids xxden
The voice isn't horrible.. people just exaggerate nonstop these days.
It is noticeable, as you said, particularly if you're a native English speaker: but doesn't take away too much from the video.
Lovely bike! That right side not nearly as nice as that left side though. lol
I am really relieved by your comment, especially after knowing that you are American. Thank you for your honest opinion about this voice. And i also agree with you about this bike. The right side should have an exhaust pipe. Once again, thank you.
RACER TV Thank you for making this video. The voice over is not too bad, it sounds strange because the grammar or word selection is not as good as the voice and accent!
I bet your English is better than my Portuguese.(I`d be pleased to help if you need it)
I have been a Guzzi enthusiast since `75 and spent 30+ years riding and re engineering, mostly 850 /1000 Le Mans. Not that they needed much changing. The style and lines of the V7 Sport and mk l LM were so beautiful, and with the right seat, silencers and a few little details, so close to ideal. Every change the factory made just made things worse until the 1100 sport, which was all wrong! Like watching a beautiful woman having bad cosmetic surgery. .
Some like minded friends and I ran a Moto Guzzi franchise, in London in the 80s/90s for the love of it. Reworking dozens of these beloved bikes, some of which were finally "perfect" if that`s possible. The whole bike looking complete, not like a bits of two or three, Mutilato. The new bikes still are not as beautiful as they should be by now
The one thing that I did not feel a need to muck about with was the frame, We built a `floating`drive-box swinging arm,/ fork, which worked very well, the problem ultimately was the gearbox/driveshaft being too close to the `Fat` rear tyre...and the electrics of course , which is why sadly, I no longer own 1.but maybe I will again. Now I live in Portugal (near Faro) where wet switches are not such a problem !
Paul J
You are right about my poor english grammar. Sometimes i feel embarrassed when i see my older videos. But i've noticed major improvements in the last months.
I think that with time, these grammar issues will be solved. But thanks for your kind offer.
I'm seeing that you are really specialist on Guzzi's.
Thanks for sharing your words.
I was really surprised when i read that you are living in Portugal.
But at the same time, that's also a pity because i live in the North, near from Oporto.
Considering your comment about "wet switches", i believe that you lived in England, right?
Never showed us side with out exhaust till end should have exhaust both sides still beautiful but
It is a nice motorcycle, but please...keep in mind that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To tell your audience that, "it is impossible to not like it", would be entertaining if said in a manner that was obviously tongue-in-cheek. But when stated matter-of-fact the way it was in the video, it's pretty much guaranteed to generate an eye-roll from folks that enjoy thnking for themselves.
scott_larson You are right. I should include the word "almost" before the "impossible". When i'm writing the texts for my videos, it is always based in my personal opinion. I'm not a journalist, which means a have a wide rage of freedom to express my thoughts. But you are right. I don't want to influence anyone, except with inspiration, and not "facts".Thank you for sharing your perspective. I will keep it in mind for the future. Cheers.
Nice, but wheel-base somehow looks too long for a 'sports/cafe racer' bike
Nothing wrong with the owner doing whatever he likes to his machine. But remember, keeping the bike stock will result in a bike that is worth much more in the present and especially the future. This is true across the entire spectrum of transportation, whether it be a Camaro, Ferrari, Porsche, Harley, Ducati etc. Heavily modifying your vehicle results in a bike that a narrower audience will appreciate. Go to a concours event and see what unmodified, original vehicles bring in. A machine is only original once.
Are they still making these, does anyone know?
Sorry, i have no idea. Try to contact the builder. Cheers.
Its not a big deal to build it by yourself, go for it ! :)
Its a beautiful bike but only the seat and tank are original than a v7.
There is no V7 in this bike. Not even close.
v7 nice nice bike but so underpowered. shame motto Guzzi doesn't get it. and although the bikes are cool just no HP
Sounds like Tim Allen......"more power"!!!!! His solution to everything. Ha.
because they are fair vs. the custom builders community: "so you can have fun adding a lot of HPs"... :)
if isee the aria ipothesys and than this. i think that they leting too many opportunety s slip to make the market bigger for them. they are not taking the wrong way but i think that motoguzzi can do much better whit those models.
cristian cancelli The same thought had already cross my mind. But maybe Moto Guzzi is afraid of modernizing too much their bikes. Probably just a brand policy or something like that. But thanks for sharing your opinion.
sorry but NO!!! The original is much more beautiful.
Yes ossa60 I completely agree with you, the symmetric exhausts of the original make the bike bilanced and even. Personally, I don't think you can 'really' improve on a masterpiece. Very good proposition. Thank you

I don't know if google translate correctly my last comment, but what i meant was: "Well, even if this isn't your kind of bike, thanks for sharing your opinion". Cheers
RACER TV
I'm sorry, Google translation is so bad. Now I understand. You should know, I respect your work. I'ts only a visual problem for me (the exhaust system), I like old school look.
Beautiful, except for the ugly number plate. Totally ruins the flowing shape of the bike. So close to perfection, and yet so far. :(
It's too long. Gimme a Griso instead of this.
BMRTV You're right about the Right side. The Swing arm looks too much long. But i think the problem is the middle section. The side covers should be bigger, to cover the empty space between the back wheel and the engine. Cheers.
Just take a look at my Instragram: dynes_bumaye and you can take a look at modified v7 racer an her potenial
Griso
Everyone can build it - check my Guzzi Bellagio Cafe Racer on my channel or my Insta: instagram.com/dirtydmoto/ Guzzi forever :)
