I love this presentation
I was in a Catholic High School in the 1960’s and I remember a nun telling me personally that heaven and hell are states of mind. I don’t remember what I asked but that was her answer.
She was right
I had one nun that was a free thinker. It was the only year I never missed one day of class. It’s great when it happens isn’t it?
She was smart back then
It lives on so where our mind is, our thoughts follow. They move together into eternity, If peace we make, peace we take.

Love this conversation with Michael. My twin brother and I had our own language but could understand each other with our thoughts. At an early age I would have visions and they would be repeated in my real life. I didn’t know why but always kept quiet about these visions. I did suffer from headaches when I was young. I am a very sensitive person who doesn’t like violence and cruelty to anyone and anything, especially nature. Love and Gratitude.
I truly ‘understand’ where you are. I’ve come to realise in my 60s that my empathic nature is a blessing rather than the curse which I didn’t ‘get’ when I was younger. I feel that I’m now growing into what I am.
I feel the same way ❤️I only wish more people did too…humanity is in very sad state and we could all use a lot more empathy, love, and kindness for all living beings.

It’s a difficult path to walk. I have to remind myself constantly.
As best as I can figure…. The only way to “open” more people up to the truth is this:
In all situations, in all encounters, always ask yourself, “what is the most loving way I can respond to this?”
It’s challenging to make that choice (to be sure) given the way people are treating each other these days, but the alternatives will have exactly the opposite effect than the effect that you want to have.
Many years ago I was working in Silicon Valley and the traffic was quite difficult as “road rage” was developing. When someone would cut me off trying to get to an exit at the last second… or any other abrupt change, I would respond by slowing down and avoiding the issue while I said aloud, “If they had known how to do it better, they would have.”
This became a mantra for me and promoted my own calm. The beauty in it was also that my children did the same thing when they learned how to drive. Life is short enough and we do not need to join in the stress created around us… give it a try, you’ll see a difference your own calm can bring forward.

The veil is thinning and in the future we all will see the colorful and sparkling energies coming from us and nature. We will see the energy of love from of our souls to others. Orbs of energy will also be seen by all pure loving people. War will no longer exist when fear is no longer apparent to us when love is abundant. Our lives will be joyful and loving. Our vibrations will allow us to travel without vehicles. Love and gratitude.

@@paulbarclay4114 The same kind of Doom and Gloom scenarios were being reported on in 2010 and 2011. And along with those scenarios, a whole slew of spiritual gurus were saying that in 2012 there was going to be some kind of huge cataclysmic happening or a major spiritual shift. . . . Since then. . . . everyone's still pretty much, having to do their everyday mundane chores without much of any kind of "Mass Awakening".
During the transition from sleep to awake, I have found, that, while my eyes are still closed, but I am awake, I can see around my bedroom. In other words, I/we can see without eyes, just as we can see in 3D, in dreams, and feel, without a body/hand. This happens for about 3 to 10 seconds, and I am bathed in a warm golden light.
You have discovered the limenal space! Congratulations.

@@k.s.pulley-ali8935 Being a scientist, I have no idea, how this works. One moment, I am bathed in warm golden light, and I can see around me, with my eyes closed, the next moment, the light fades, collapses to a point and vanishes, then all I see is darkness.
@@OracleOfClarissaLight I always assumed, that other people must have had similar experiences. It always happens around 4 to 5 AM in the morning. I have absolutely no control on when it happens, or for how long it lasts. But when it happens, the day is filled with profound peace, quite joy, zero anxiety or worry. Sometimes I start laughing, with astonishment, how is it possible, I can see, with eyes closed. I can turn on my side, and see the white fabric of my pillow, with tiny specs, pin pricks, of shimmering lights.
It’s it a wonderful time in history that we’re having these conversations openly, rather that feeling isolated by our ‘strange’ experiences!
Oh my goodness this makes so much sense - thank you both! I haven’t engaged with the news for over eighteen months. I don’t need to take onboard matters over which I have no control. I’ve discovered that the things that I need to know, find me. I had a deeply spiritual experience nearly two years ago, the ‘suffered’ two severe bouts of very deep depression. A consultant psychiatrist diagnosed ‘a psychotic episode’, and I told him what it really was - he had no answer. Since that time the only ‘medication’ I am taking are Vit D, and a couple of other trace elements. I realised that the answers needed to come from within, and weren’t found in any kind of bottle. It’s certainly not been an easy ride, and it needs constant vigilance, but I’m so glad that I’m where I am, and hope that many others share a similar journey.

What a confirmation! The story Michael shared about speaking to his younger self happened to me on a different level. I was at a place in life where I felt so defeated. Working full time, going to college, living with someone who was cheating on me... I collapsed in the shower one day and cried. I was watching the water go down the drain and felt like I was being washed clean: It felt like I was being hugged by an angel. It didn't fix my life issues but it did take so much weight off of me.
Fast forward years later during an inner child workshop. We were asked to imagine a time in life when we were alone and hurting. I flashed on collapsing in the shower and crying. We were asked to comfort our younger selves and hug them if they'd let us and as I hugged my younger self I remembered feeling like I was being hugged by an angel and realized that it was ME in this moment who hugged myself in that moment through some sort of love or compassion that transcended time. I don't know, but hearing Michael relay that experience was such a confirmation that my future self did indeed comfort my past self and time doesn't matter at the heart of it. Thank you!
I put everything in God's hands.....and immediately felt better 🙌

I am now where Michael was in the late 70's when he got direction to "keep doing what you are doing." I am currently studying to obtain a doctoral degree in metaphysical studies but have no idea how this degree will benefit my life. This show has taught me to simply keep doing what I am doing. Michael’s description or perception of a spiritual awakening is spot on, I mean he’s lived it of course but for me it’s really good. While we’ve awakened from the illusion, the hypnosis…and now have a beautiful understanding that there is no separation and we are all One with everything…it certainly is not all butterflies and kittens. We’re still in this dense and lower frequency timeline. I’ve lost my entire life (as I knew it) and friends and family…but truly I’ve lost nothing, I just can’t see what is on the horizon for me as I grieve and cry and learn and grow. Thank you so much for the work you’re doing Alex, for the comfort and information you’re bringing. I believe you’re saving lives. ❤

I love how this works! Alex always mentions Star Wars but at my age I remember Star Trek and the several spiritually advanced episodes they had. Just yesterday I thought about the very episode Michael is talking about! Like I said, I love how this awareness works!!! ❤😊
Yep, Star Trek definitely is my go to. Although I love Star Wars. When Star Wars came out in 1977? I think, I was sitting in the packed lobby waiting for it to start. They passed out buttons that said “May The Force Be With You” I still have that button 🥰
I’m 42 and think I just had a full Kundalini awakening.
I’ve had several earlier awakenings first at 18. Other times I was shipped to a psych ward then drug treatment facilities. I’ve managed to start truly recovering from addiction and keep my excitement contained this time. Barely.
You miss something...when you move your chakra energies up and down.... non-energetic chakra of consciousness Does exist on the right side of your heart chakra...try again...
