You also came up in my recommended when I was searching if you could dehydrate noodles. My ex is coming to visit for a couple weeks. He's a truck driver and is 1 year post-op for some heart repair. He really has started watching his salt intake. This would be perfect for me to make for him in individual serving sizes bags and he has a kettle in his truck. I'll certainly make both of these for him to try when he's here next month. I also saw a copy-cat sheppards pie mix that I want to try! I'll check some of your other videos. I think it's the distance you are away from your mic. I have to turn my volume all the way up to hear you, but when you get close to your mic I have to turn the volume down. I think an external mic would work great for you.

May I ask what you use to watch the video? I have had two others say this also, but others hear it fine, so I am trying to figure this out.
