This is brilliant. Thank you so much. I will be getting my E6 this weekend. Thank you again.
Loved the video!
Thank you! Excellent review
Very helpful video thank you 😊
Does the app allow for saving different customizations of the same beverage type? My wife and I like different strength cappuccinos, can I save 2 different ones using the wifi unit +app as there doesnt seem to be a way to do it on the machine.
Hi there. I cannot figure out how to replace the foam frother with the hot water nozzle. It's very vague in the manual. Other than that, your video is very helpful.
Thanks for the question and feedback.
I believe where you would connect the Jura milk tube to the frother, that part you can pull downwards to remove it completely. Then you can replace with the hot water spout. Please connect with a Jura tech agent by phoning 1855-544-8600 and they can troubleshoot with you.
Thanks!
Hi! How's the temperature of the drinks and the milk? I currently have Phillips latte go and it's barely warm. I hate it.
Hey there!
The machine has three temp settings and makes very hot coffees and milk based beverages.
Ensure your Philips temp setting is set to high as well. In colder months, you can preheat your cup by adding hot water in it first, then discard before making your beverage.
Thanks!
the milk tube doesnt look the same as the silicone tube?
This is the HP1 milk pipe. There is a spring-like tube on the outside of the silicone milk tube. It is mainly for aesthetics as the milk tube inside in silicone for functionality.
Thanks!
Is the Platinum color matte finish or shiny finish ?
Hi Dako thanks for the question. The machine is matte in colour.
Thanks!
Can I change coffee temperature on E6 ?
Hello Dako,
Yes, there are 3 temp controls on the E6 as well.
Cheers!
@@Consiglioskitchenware thanks !!! :)
With the milk clean shouldn't it be with filtered Water to stop the scale build up?
Hey Tarant,
You can use filtered water if you'd like. This is not outlined in the manual.
The water goes into the milk frother component and not into the boiler of the machine.
Have a great day and thanks for the great question.

Really informative video, the best E6 demo I’ve seen! Did you have the chance to compare espresso produced with this new model and the older one?
Hey there Boris, thanks for the feedback and question.
The E6 has the newer grinder Professional Aroma Grinder, it makes 11 beverage options and has a designated hot water spout for a true Americano. There are other updates as well as outlined in the demo video.
I have not made beverages side by side with the new and old machine. However, these updates are definitely yielding higher-quality beverage results. This unit has great value!
Let me know if you have any other Q's.
Ciao for now :)
Hello, Boris. I have the opportunity to compare. The number of strength settings has increased from 8 to 10 and temperature setting from 2 to 3 options (sorry if this is in the video and I missed it)
In the new E6 the espresso temperature (according to my measurements) is now 5-6 degrees lower than the previous one (2020): 64 C vs 69 C. This is closer to the E8 and to the older E6 version (2016). This is more traditional for Jura brand at whole because the higher temperature in the previous one E6 (2020) was more of an exception for Jura.
What sort of milk did you use in the video?
Hey there,
2% regular milk was used in this demo.
Thanks!
How do I make a double shot expresso
Hey there, pls focus on video time 38 seconds. You simply press the espresso button twice and the machine will brew two espresso shots.
Thank you.
you need a college course to operate this machine
Hi Super GT7,
The Jura E6 is pretty easy to use, the control panel display screen will let you know what the machine needs or what steps you should be taking next.
If you have any questions about any of the operations, I would be happy to answer.
Have a fabulous day!
I don’t understand what you mean. It’s one touch and you get what you want.
It is so far from the real espresso...
Hello, Happy New Year!
Let me know if you have any questions. The Jura machines have 16 gram brewing unit allowing for a full bodied espresso.
Thanks!
Great video, I received a Jura E6 in July for my birthday and although the coffee beverages taste great the espresso is not, it's loaded with all bubbles on top. I called Jura and they told me to send it to them to be serviced, I told the woman that the machine is 2 weeks old and should not need to be serviced. She disregarded what I said and told me to return it to where it was purchased. Very unprofessional. My question to you is what grinder setting do you have your machine on.
Hi there, thanks for the questions. That is not common feedback we get.
Please ensure the grinder setting is set to level 3, you never want it to be too fine or too coarse.
The type of espresso beans you are using also play a very large role. The beans should not be oily. You can tell if a bean is oily if it is very shiny. If you leave the beans on a napkin it should not leave any residue. Nonoily beans should be matte in colour and dry in texture.
We do sell a variety of nonoily beans that are locally roasted, we sell them in Canada - www.consiglioskitchenware.com/collections/fresh-roast-espresso
The taste of the coffee comes from the beans you are using. The consistency of coffee comes from the type of beans as well as the grinder setting.
Thank you.
Thanks for answering, I use Lavazza Super Crema and I tried it with the setting on 3 and there are still bubbles but not as many@@Consiglioskitchenware
