The Watcher’s progressive character development is a fascinating thing in this show. To go from a being where we do see his face just his eyes to a character that shows so much emotion on his face because he wants the lives of the multiverse to be saved is just amazing story writing. Can’t wait for the next episode.
Only thing I don't like is that the comic Watcher speaks very formally. His enunciation is "weighty" and profound. He doesn't swear; doesn't use contractions; doesn't get overly emotional; doesn't talk like you & me. I think he loses some of his dignity/majesty by speaking like common folk.

Thanos's intentions and power makes him a Puny Deviant in front of Ultron's intentions and power. Wow, I thought Ultron had potential, but not on a Multiversal scale like this.
Are eternals that powerful? I don't think they are universal, let alone multiverse. Ancient one has already passed away and they say Doctor strange even the normal one is more powerful or will be more powerful than her. And even strange supreme alone cannot deal with that. Living Tribunal, Celestials yes I believe so. Maybe it havent happen long enough for them to take action. Living Tribunal can intervene if the watcher failed.
This episode has left lots of unanswered questions and much more as compared to MCU phase 3. - How did Thanos in this reality got soul stone and time stone? - Thanos would have already destroyed Xandar. Why did Ultron destroy it again ? - Why did Ultron kept on destroying multiple planets? Couldn't he have just snapped like Thanos ?
Soul Stone - he just has to find Nebula and Gamora like usual Time Stone - go to the location where Sorcerer Strange used to be, take the Time Stone from his corpse Xandar - no idea, perhaps Ultron showed up while they were rebuilding from Thanos' attack? Ultron had leftover Tony code, where Ultron had to be present to perform the destruction
Avengers Age of Ultron director said that they wanted to make a mega ultron but they didnt because Rajnikant movie robot already did that like exactly the same where robot combines to form mega robot. I agree marvel should have still done that because with vfx of marvel it could be very cool. PS it is very cool when rajnikant did it also

@GETJaby, 15:33 You say that like they didn't already have Josh Brolin on the payroll, Ashara--he was in the second episode playing Thanos. If they wanted to give Thanos a speaking part they could have. Dispatching Thanos right away was much more powerful, and you can see how big of a move it was rewatching your own reactions. I loved it. Sure, I would have loved to have seen Ultron and Thanos throw down, but that would have taken time from these already short runtimes. We got to see Uatu throw down, so we did get to see a pretty epic fight, and it was one I think many of us didn't know we needed. What if our universe is one of the universes in the multiverse? I would have loved to see our universe shown in either What If or Multiverse of Madness, or something. Imagine if they briefly land in our world, even if it's just for a couple of seconds. That would be awesome.
May be it's like.... Whatsoever happens in the multiverse or smth like WHAT IF this happens or what if that other thing happens instead of the og MCU storyline, RDJ is not coming back or Tony Stark is not coming back into the MCU like the other characters As we have the rumours of Chris Evans coming back as the human torch or Captain Hydra!
The episode was dope as heck... The only think I don't get is that how ultron's infinity stones are working in interdimensional spaces...? The MCU has established that every universe has a unique set of stones...which are unusable in other dimensions or realities... ANYWAYS LOVED THE EP ....WE NEED MORE OF THISS
@@Shahzad-ss1jq I was thinking the same thing. That's why I asked if I missed something and they established somewhere that stones work in their own universes.
The Watcher exists outside of time and is Omni-Present which means he observes multiple timelines at the same time. This is partly why he was surprised by Ultron (in the last episode), who had by that point attained a similar state of being to the Watcher and told him he would find him. This should not be possible, but it appears the stones have allowed Ultron's already incredible mind to evolve even further. Remember the watcher talks about these episodes in the past tense at the beginning of every single one, and then as the episode progresses he can change to present tense and sometimes he states future inevitability. Our general perception of time doesn't apply to him and now Ultron. I think the next episode will also add more clarity
THIS...is the Ultron I grew up reading comics about. Personality and all. I just wish they had James Spader but the voice actor did a great job. Incredible episode!
This 30 minute episode of What If was Infinitely better than Age Of Ultron. This made Ultron a more truly (for lack of a better word) fleshed out and even more terrifying character than he was in that movie. And while I wish they had gotten back James Spader but Ross Marquand does a dead on impression of him. Also I never thought of Uatu as anything other than a watcher but damn he is a hell of a badass. And I looks like we’re gonna get a multiversal Avengers assembled!!!!!
I don't really think you can have one without the other. I like Age of Ultron but its clear the villain had more potential than one movie could demonstrate. I wish at the end of that movie 1) his most powerful iteration had four arms 2) that there were hints he could return. AoU is such an important movie in the franchise; it literally sets up Wanda, Vision, Thor Ragnarok, Civil War, Wakanda and provides Clint's entire backstory so far! Everything that paid off in later Avengers films required those beats. Its just a shame that Ultron had to be sidelined to make that happen. Luckily in a multiverse anything is possible...
I'm guessing the Infinity Stones work differently in the cinematic universe. In the comics the Infinity Stones only worked in the universe they came from.

What if Deadpool joins Ultron
What if I get a million dollars from nowhere!
The thing you just said is just gonna be the next episode of this show. And you will like it.
watcher vs ultron literally gave me anime vibes lol. watcher looks like an anime character
Epic!!!
yeah I think no matter what, Tony has to die, but the different thing from the movies/sacred timeline is Tony died because he sacrified himself, he made the great sacrifice to save Earth. But in the What If series we always saw Tony died before even Thanos showed up based on the timelines of each episodes and we always got a destroyed Earth or bad ending everytime he dies, I think that Tony was always the key to save Earth.
I think achara kirk is really smart. She pointed things i didn't thought of watching this episode.
Honestly I don't worry too much about logic when my mouth is wide open in awe lol.
It is so far THE BEST episode of this series
4:36 My man Ultron! 💪
Amen hermano!!!!! 🙏🏽💪
12:59 it was galactus eating the planet😂😂
Knew it. But im wondering if Zombie Thanos will be a good guy in the end. Or if any of the zombies will fight against UltronVision.
You think zombies would defeat Ultron 😂
@@aditisk99 cannon fodder and zombie Thanos. They can still think and use powers. Scarlet Witch zombie. And the trailer confirms that the zombies are involved.
@@daveb947 well, Ultron already killed his Thanos and Scarlet Wicth...actually, he killed his "everyone"!
@@ultronemperor3525 of course you would say that. LOL. 🖒
But its still a Watcher led multiverse battle thats no doubt coming.
@@aditisk99 i also didnt say who would or could win.
People thought ultron was just a smart robot, he’s always been one of my favorite, An AI with unlimited potential glad he got his redemption after age of ultron movie
@@dphalanx7465 true
Jabby: This guy is like the Terminator!
Me: Yeah a super logical Terminator that eloquently tells you that you need to die constantly. Yo that's scary as fuck! 😂
Thanos's intentions and power makes him a Puny Deviant in front of Ultron's intentions and power.
Wow, I thought Ultron had potential, but not on a Multiversal scale like this.
Wong's response to Jaby: "What, you wanted more?!"
17:45 exactly exactly exactly!! That's what I have been thinking since they revealed the motivation of Thanos
This episode needs to be made into a live action movie. Would be epic.
You'd think the ancient one, eternals, celestials, or the living tribunal would have something to say about the mutiversal threat.. 😅
Here’s an idea for an episode: What if Tony Stark never dies…like ever?!!
Sooo true 💔😖😖😖😩
3:54 reaction was also my and Everyone's reaction
So satisfying 😌
I loved this episode so much! More of The Watcher please!
Soul Stone - he just has to find Nebula and Gamora like usual
Time Stone - go to the location where Sorcerer Strange used to be, take the Time Stone from his corpse
Xandar - no idea, perhaps Ultron showed up while they were rebuilding from Thanos' attack?
Ultron had leftover Tony code, where Ultron had to be present to perform the destruction
Avengers Age of Ultron director said that they wanted to make a mega ultron but they didnt because Rajnikant movie robot already did that like exactly the same where robot combines to form mega robot. I agree marvel should have still done that because with vfx of marvel it could be very cool. PS it is very cool when rajnikant did it also
"Rajnikant"?? Is that the Indian movie where the evil Cyborg wrecks shop and makes a thousand duplicates of himself at the end?
@@dphalanx7465 yep
15:30 - The voice actors might have did their recordings for multiple episodes in 1 go instead of returning for each take.
Josh Brolin did voice Thanos for T'Challa-StarLord episode.
12:57 gave me galactus vibes😬😬
9:19 achara 😂😂
“I wish these episodes were longer”
The Animators: 👀
@GETJaby,
15:33 You say that like they didn't already have Josh Brolin on the payroll, Ashara--he was in the second episode playing Thanos.
How did you guys stay away from the Hyundai What if...? commercial that's been out for at least a month? This moment or the crossover was teased in it, in the mid-season commercial too.
Next week is going to be awesome! I cannot wait!
Jaby doesn't care about Achara trying to be funny.
Proof:-
Achara- 'They are like, You love him 3000, don't you!? Well, let's break your heart some more.'
Jaby the bummer- 'See okay....
The chewing man was the galactus tease
3:54 So satisfying 😌
And remember Eternals are still hiding and watching all this happening front of their eyes...
Taking all the boxes in the warehouse and just leaving a mess.
Logistics returning on monday like: "Fuck this shit I'm going home again."
3:14 Yikes! 😂
Clint death was necassary although i didnt want him to die. The reason im saying this because natasha literally had no time to pull clint up and let him shoot the arrow and upon that ultron army could fly. They were in middle of container and if clint shoots while both of them still in container then even natasha and zola would have died.
He became galactus. Like the one eating the galaxy
3:03 Pretty much
Wait wasn’t it established in LOKI that the infinity stones only work in the universe they came from? How is Ultron using them other universes?
This episode was very incredible! I love the Hawkeye of this Universe and his powerful arrows and great sacrifice. I understand what only Black Widow is alive.
Ultron is amazing, creepy and almighty...
Does Ultron know that there's another threat coming to take on the Multiverse , that is Kang The Conqueror.
After Loki scene of all infinity stones in a drawer of an office. Thanos & infinity stones lost value for me Jaby😂
I was expecting to Achara to say:
"Run jaby don't click photos"
13:07
This is my favourite what if episode ever!
9:33 *How Does She know the password?*
Oh idk maybe it was on the file when she read it.
Its amazing that this could become an all movies arc like Infinity saga....
I love how they gave Hawkeye the mechanical arm and Black Widow the shield.
This is the real multiversal Age of Ultron. 😬😬😬
Ultron in not like vision who has some moral and ethics and lacks the will power to kill. But for Ultron is only will power is to kill so he is much more stronger
11:07 force field
What if our universe is one of the universes in the multiverse? I would have loved to see our universe shown in either What If or Multiverse of Madness, or something. Imagine if they briefly land in our world, even if it's just for a couple of seconds. That would be awesome.
May be it's like.... Whatsoever happens in the multiverse or smth like WHAT IF this happens or what if that other thing happens instead of the og MCU storyline, RDJ is not coming back or Tony Stark is not coming back into the MCU like the other characters
As we have the rumours of Chris Evans coming back as the human torch or Captain Hydra!
In IW, in Wakanda, Shuri was trying to take the stone off of Vision's head, it was loosen a bit, I don't think he can shoot laser with a loosen stone
he could but here personalities are changed ...our vision is pro life and this was antilife..he didnt have emotions and feeling he is just brutual

27:00 you kinda blew my mind there! That totally makes sense.. We have to see him die 14,000,605 times more?! 😳
This is what we were supposed to get in age of ultron movie.
Blame Covid for there only being 9 episode when suppose to be 10 Cause the finale you will have to wait until next season. You know the good old days.
In which movie or series was it established that each universe's infinity stones work in their respective universes?
Stones don't work in the TVA
They work in different universes
@@Shahzad-ss1jq I was thinking the same thing. That's why I asked if I missed something and they established somewhere that stones work in their own universes.

The Watcher exists outside of time and is Omni-Present which means he observes multiple timelines at the same time. This is partly why he was surprised by Ultron (in the
last episode), who had by that point attained a similar state of being to the Watcher and told him he would find him. This should not be possible, but it appears the stones have allowed Ultron's already incredible mind to
evolve even further. Remember the watcher talks about these episodes in the past tense at the beginning of every single one, and then as the episode progresses he can change to present tense and sometimes he states future
inevitability. Our general perception of time doesn't apply to him and now Ultron. I think the next episode will also add more clarity
THIS...is the Ultron I grew up reading comics about. Personality and all. I just wish they had James Spader but the voice actor did a great job. Incredible episode!
13:12 what? was that super sayan sound effect
13:05 is that jaby clicking photos
Achara is so articulate and brilliant and Jaby was so .........
That was galactus I think , he is planet eater
You guys make my morning the best it could possibly be!! Wish you guys all the success as you totally deserve it (this is coming from the heart!)
Bro, where are you from??
22:36 "I just wanted it to go on longer and bigger and more epic" - That's what she said.
I'm guessing the Infinity Stones work differently in the cinematic universe. In the comics the Infinity Stones only worked in the universe they came from.
