Sir, your presentation is awesome. PGINVIT is the best for long term holding more than 7 years with patience. It grows consistently and also less volatile as per my observation. The dividend is another advantage and face value is 100.🎉 Thanks a lot.
Thanks for your video bro. Watching Ist time. Pginvit will go till 88 I told in few other channels few months back... PGINVIT need to increase their assets in coming months. But at current price 3/ share as dividend is very Good. Those who purchased at 130 are under loss... But now it's to accumulate as market is going down due to Geo political situation. So let's accumulate this from this level gradually.
Good evening Sir, Thank you very much for giving clear explanation regarding what PGinvit doing and benefit for the share holders. Thank you once again Sir
As you mentioned, one doesn't receive Rs. 3 per share. There are tax deductions before they credit the amount. We cannot claim that by the end of the year also...From Rs. 3 after deductions, the net dividend is 2.768 per quarter, per year is 11.0. With CMP 88 the dividend yield is 12.5%, still attractive!!!!... Do you agree?? Any price fall from here, will be attractive considering the increase in the Dividend Yield and worth holding for long term.
1. As you mentioned the net income of Rs 11 itself attractive one considering 12.5% dividend yield. In coming years the tariff may increase and the company may earn little bit higher income, so the yield may increase. 2. Ror the investors planning to invest in PGInvit it will be much more attractive if it corrects further from this price and makes a better entry point.

Sir, Consider you put this money in Bank's Fixed Deposit. Loss will occur only if you sell it. Hold it for long term, the unit price might go up and when it crosses 142, At that time if you calculate you may get around 8.4% as interest.(Greater than many big Bank's Interest rate) If it goes beyond 142, your interest may go up.

Dear Sir, One of our clients has a query about InvITs. They understand that investing in InvITs can generate dividends, interest, and capital repayment. However, They are concerned about the scenario where the company returns the invested capital over time before the maturity date. In this case, their question is, how the company will continue to pay dividends without holding the client's invested amount. If I received my capital repayment, what would be the value of the units? If I receive my capital repayment, what will be the value of my units? Will it decrease over time? Will it remain the same until maturity, and will I receive the final amount based on the current NAV value of the units? After receiving my capital repayment, can I still expect to receive a distribution till maturity? If the company adds a new project, would old investors also receive returns on the new project? For your reference, I am attaching a few documents.
1,2 & 3. Capital is not returned to investors by the company. They return only the profits generated from the assets the trust holds. Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) is a perpetual entity. 4. If the Invit acquires more assets in future and if they increase the dividend amount there is chances for the Invits price to increase. And to the opposite if the power grid infrastructure investment trust(PG Invit) incurs huge expenses there is chances for decline in profit and subsequent decline in dividend amount. And in this scenario the unit price of Invit may also decline. 5. Yes if trust adds new project investors receive higher amount of dividend. (there is no such old or new investors)
As per rules Invits need to distribute 90% of their net cash distributable income to investors. So if company earns the same amount of profit then whatever the share price they wil distribute Rs.12 to investors
