The dress is too bathrobey, the only way to wear it would be if the person is really tall and really, really thin.
I agree with the dress going back - it looks too close to a bathrobe, I like the shoes but I feel like if you're iffy on it then you won't wear it as much and should send them back, and also I feel like thr pink scarf is just eh...not my vibe, I much prefer the other two scarves.
Yeah that's my rule too. If I'm on the fence, that means I won't wear it much if I keep it.
You can’t make up your mind on the shoes because they aren’t quite right, send them back.

That navy and burgundy scarf is gorgeous!
Not keen on the dress or the black sandals they are both a bit frumpy. The denim skirt looks nice . The ivory scarf is beautiful. You should do a winter haul for Mike. It was funny when he hated all the holiday clothes.

I agree with the dress going back it reminds me of a dressing gown or bathrobe. The pink scarf is nice but only against black or grey. The N.peal stuff was to die for! And I love the shoes u where unsure about id keep them :)

Zara has a similiar-ish dress to the DVF. Well, not similar, but it has the same vibe. It shorter, velvet, sequinned and a wrap dress - it’s called sequinned velvet dress on their website if you want to take a look. I’ve been eyeing it up myself haha
Love the Burberry style pink scarf! I definitely get what you mean about it sitting well. Also the black star shirt is beautiful on you! I’d honestly probably end up wearing that all year if I were you. It just sits right on you and the sparkles catch the light just right without being glaring or garish, it’s almost like you glow. I could definitely see that tucked into some blue jeans and a belt in the fall, or on a colder rainy day in the summer.

Pink scarf doesn't seem like it will go with much. With the pink and gold/yellow, it pretty much only goes with grey/black/white.

I like the black heels. They are interesting and simple. That pink scarf is pretty on the lighter pink side, but garish with the hot pink side showing.

Defiantly worth looking at M&S’ black “leather”, pleated, midi skirt. I have it and it’s really lovely. Looks thicker and better quality than the Zara one so doesn’t crease and the pleats will hold better.

I love that you ask for our opinion I think good call on sending the DVF dress back. I didn’t care for the shoes either - they weren’t flattering and finally, ditch the hot pink scarf. I don’t know to me it just screams cheap. On the other hand, LOVE the etoile sweater and the N.Peal stuff - I felt those items were much more your style. Love your hauls. Have a great weekend!

First of all I love the sweater you have on, it’s a beautiful color for you.....you always ask for our opinions so here goes, the boots are fabulous, the DVF dress looks like a dressing gown....please send it back, I’m not crazy about the black shoes, they don’t look like they fit well for that price, the black etoiles sweater is you, the grey sweater is awful it looks like it is all stretched out of shape.......I like the pink scarf but only on the bright side the other side is kind of wish washy..........the black faux leather skirt is nice, but as you say if it wrinkles it will look awful...........what a lovely gift box from Peale, you must have been a very good girl................love to see all the purchases, too bad I don’t have an opinion.....take care xox to all ...Donna in Toronto
