What tips helped you during your child's 4 month sleep regression?

My 15week old has hit the regression and it is mainly affecting her night time sleep rather than daytime naps. All the advice is to put your baby down drowsy but awake and let them fall asleep on their own but my baby will ONLY be rocked to sleep. No matter how drowsy she is when I put her down she won’t fall asleep on her own. What can I do?

Check out the Different Sleep Training Methods video I have in the Sleep Training playlist. That and the video on How I Sleep Trained my Kids will be helpful!!

My baby is 15weeks and is able to self soothe herself to sleep. But during the night, i noticed that she would wake up looking for her pacifier to fall back to sleep. I don’t need to pick her up though, she just wants her paci. Is this okay?

I thought car seat sleep could cause Sids. Is this true?

The studies that show this link show that in 90%+ cases, the carseat was used incorrectly. It should not be used as a primary napping spot for babies outside of the car.

Hello, thank you very much for doing this video!❤
My baby will be 4 months on the 25th of Feb, he was inside until 42 weeks so he may already be 4 months..he’s a really good sleeper, we started letting him to sleep through the night (last bottle at 11:30pm, down by 12:00)
Since last Friday and he’s doing good, he wakes up either at 7 or 6:30am. However, I’m now wondering if we should have hold off starting letting him sleep for 7hrs straight at this stage, when the 4 month mark is approaching 😬
Also, after he gets his bottle at 6:30-7:00am he goes down again till 11:00am and has naps through the day too that last about 1-1.5hr.. is he perhaps sleeping too much? We feed him every 3-3.5hr during the day and he seems happy, sometimes he’s hungrier than other times but overall he likes his schedule.
Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated 🙏🏽 ❤

The morning nap is a bit long, so maybe decreasing could help in the future if the schedule isn't working for you
