Cant really answer that I listen to the whole Album at least twice a Day I'm currently under influence of the Hype The Track are all so varied - it's hard to pick a favorite I enjoy the more usual songs, like rubicon, great unknow and so on But I really like the pressure's on breakdown and the dreamer's hotel overall sound From the unusual sounds, I like to listen to marionettes 1&2, because of the shift in style from start to finish I absolutely adore the elegy of extinction and waltzing of the face of the earth And I love modern living (+apocaholics) - style and the neverending breakdown with apocaholics So I'd pick waltzing of the face of earth for now
1st of all, this album is not getting enough attention which leads into me being in a tough spot for the top track...but if i had to pick one, T.I.N.A or Dreamers Hotel, its a tough call mate
Such a great interview! Thank you for pulling it off during the quarantine! It's great having an interviewer who knows the band that well, just makes the conversation that much more interesting to listen to and a bit more intimate, if that's the right word. And of course Rou must be one of the best articulated musicians I've ever heard speak :)
Great interview, even though I am watching it a bit late... I am still waiting for my favorite collab from the UK: The Streets x Enter Shikari. In general, asking musicians what would be other musicians they could imagine working with, would be very interesting, at least to me. Or also, why they are not much into collaborations.
Great Interview! Just discovered this Channel and I love the Quality in your Content James Wilson-Taylor - you are a talented interviewer and it's nice having you know what you're talking about: knowing everything about the album and the history of the band You seemed genuinely interested of what Rou was saying
Ok, now that its out in the world, what is your favourite track on the album?
I havent heard everything but the great unknown is sick. I like the part where it sounds like an airplane going through the sound barrier.
Cant really answer that

The Great Unknow ;)
They had FIFTY songs going into the studio. That's absolutely hilarious. Shikari triple album when?!
Yeah i wish they do that.
Those Shikari lads must be sitting on ten rock bands load of material by now 😂

Fantastic interview! Really looking forward to hearing crossing the rubicon now! Labyrinth is one of my all time favourite shikari jams
I love how chill and articulate Rou gets over the years.
Great interview, so stoked for this album!
I can't wait to hear that f...ing violin riff in Elegy For Extinction!
Brilliant interview 👍🏻

Phenomenal interview! I'd love to bounce around inside his noggin when he is writing. Deep, metaphorical.
This was the day when he recorded that Whatsapp message too 😹
Fantastic interview. I love hearing Rou talk about his music. You can feel his passion just from him talking. Can't wait for the album!
That part about labyrinth made me smile sooo much too when I heard it in the album.......genius
It’ll be their best album since mindsweep I can feel it now.
Holly f..... love ya Rou! #ShikariParty
“Can’t complain” feels like the antithesis of most enter Shikari songs lol
Great Interview!
