What sadhguru says is true. I have practiced kundalini yoga for 25 years. In the 3 months I have been watching Sadhguru almost everyday my practice has opened up on subtle levels that I can't explain, bursts of joy and ecstasy come out or the blue, this is an experience that I am very grateful for.
