Vw Polo SDI 2001 6n2 Ticking Noise

MY VW Polo 6n2 SDI 2001 with a strange ticking noise

It cames from intakemanifold Flap which Controlls egr flow , when it goes bad or fails it makes such Sound, mine is now dead but car runs fine
