Very nice. I just got the FT speed build Spitfire. Was thinking of putting retractable gear on it. Guess I’ll build it and try and fly a bit first before attempting such a thing. Cheers
Congrats, It´s a amazing idea for landing gears. I always wander why Flite Test sells this plane without landing gear. I hope you will do a video to show the cannopy and paints details too.
Very nice video, may have to build this plane just to put the A ding gear on.... Can I ask where you got the hot glue gun? I have about 4 guns and dislike each one, yours seems like a very nice gun. Thanks, jerry
+hawkskyflier If anyone else is wondering, its an ad tech 2temp, it works pretty well I have the same one, the tip is a little tube instead of a cone which works well for precision dots and small spaces but not quite as well for long beads, kinda tends to go all squirrely. Other than that Ive really liked mine, and its under $10.
Thank you for sharing this smart Idea! Rally impressed of the tail wheel!

Very cool, maybe when I move past my "controlled crash" phase ill be working on fancy landing gear like this =p
Are you marketing/ selling these and the main landing gear kits? I could use a couple for my speed built FT planes. Website perhaps?
That's really cool! Thanks

Do you still offer this product? Website shows no.

Not retractible? :(
good idea
brillant
What canopy did you use
I used a top section of a pepsi 2 liter bottle. Fits almost perfect. then used some pin stripping tape for the framing.
Where can I get the plans for your great ideas. Can't find them on your site.
