- On this video I share a recipe and tips on how to make great tasting brown chapati using Ajab Atta Mark 1 Flour. Brown Chapatis are generally healthier but it doesn't mean they have to be boring.

Can I knead with milk instead of water for softness,I have a diabetes patient I need brown flour only.
I haven’t tried it with milk but it would work as well
In india we don’t use all purpose flour, we make it with Atta/ whole wheat flour 😃 if we knead it with milk it will be even more softer
