.Wow excellent day friend. That blue dot with red is sensational. That point seems like a fantasy, it was used by the elves of the forest. Greetings and blessings.
Awesome colors in that flint ridge one! Shame on the Thebes, I know the feelin! Glad to see a video from you guys and hoping to see another one soon. Hydrate and stay on em!
@Stompers.... The Flint Ridge point was practically glowing... Ha... The Thebes: not so much.... But the creek did come up a few inches today because of our sweat and Nelson's tears. Ha.
@@SenecaRelics Did you see the video we posted, 2nd to last one? Also had a heartbreaker Thebes! Hopefully that creek will kick out a nice whole one for you guys.
Great finds fella's! The FR could be a Brewerton which is a little older than a Jacks Reef, either way a FANTASTIC piece! My heart goes out to Nelson on the Thebes, an E-notch as well, but an outstanding find no less! Out of the three I've found in my lifetime, two have the same issue, not tip.
I'm so glad to see ya'll back on the hunt. That point that Mark found is beautiful. Nelson I'm so glad to see you out and about. Ya'll two keep on ROCKING IN AND OUT OF THE CREEK!!!
You guys are battling the heat for the sake of cool artifact recoveries. That's dedication fellas regardless of how long its been since yall last posted a video. ( I mean it has been a while. Dang. ) lol. Awesome recoveries guys👍
@JPatt.... We have been hunting but havent been finding anything lately... It is difficult to post a vid when you find nothing... Ha... We will hit this new site again soon....!
@@SenecaRelics I guess it hasn't been that long since you put up a video. It just seems like it has been due to the fact that you guys are my favorite UA-cam head hunters. May the Backstage Pass give you much more videoing opportunities 👍
Howdy gents ... the Backstage Pass creek looks like a keeper! That Jacks Reef/Kirk? is a flippin beaut! Love that Flintridge material for sure. Hope you guys get back to that creek soon .... take care Mark & Nelson .... it was very nice to see you two back at it. 👍✌
It's wonderful to see you two out and about doing what you love again! And yes! I couldn't agree more how hot it has been! Especially out here in Missouri! O___O. I've missed you guys! And as always- I look forward to your next video! ^__^ I've found 2 new sites with flaking evidence so I'm pretty stoked about it! I can't WAIT to find myself some new specimens soon! I'll keep you guys posted in the near future!
Y'all may be an entire State away from me here in Jefferson County. But, I've missed ya and it's so good to see y'all once again. You're both looking good and healthy and them points and hard stones are amazing! God Bless you both and thank you for sharing this here video.
Great finds today boys. Good to see you all back at it. That Thebes was a smoker. Hope you guys get some rains to turn them creeks over again for you. Best of luck.
Well damn fellas!! I would say the new creek has tremendous potential for sure!!! I thought you both were gonna end up with a smoker until Nelson pulled that busted up Thebes…go figure!! I have a good feeling that there’s going to be payback little buddy!?! Good luck on the next hunt fellas!!!
I live in Mason County and absolutely love watchin y’all’s videos… Your excitement on every find makes the videos so enjoyable. My in-laws built a house on top a hill in a bend on the Ohio river. During excavation we found dozens of artifacts, including a really cool grove axe. Guessing it must’ve been a camp?
Another great hunt! Congrats on the flint ridge point, it is a killer! That used up point looks like the material is Brush Creek chert, AKA Crooksville Chert.
I follow a lot of sites but Seneca Relics is hands down the best. Glad to see you guys back out there be safe. And don't forget the action reaction camera next time dag gone it!
@LeonardS.... Thanx and we are glad you enjoy our content... Maybe not the best finds but we sure have alot of fun... With the intense heat today, we expected only a short scouting run at this new site.... No "Action Cams..."... That will change on the next run... Thanx for the cool comment..!
Lots of potential at your new site. Too bad about the Thebes but still a nice find. The “point no one sees in the corner of the case” comment was funny. We all have them.
Y'all ever go to Fayette county? I used to live in Putnam county and found a point when I was very young in hurricane that looked almost exactly like the second one you found perfect in every way it could be it was made out of different rock but I've been looking for that excitement again for years. the road I live on now in Gauley bridge used to have a native trading post(from what I've been told, I'm pretty sure they said Cherokee). So I may pick this hobby up very soon
Confidence is High on the new sight. With all of that evidence I'm surprised you guys didn't just camp out there and start again the next morning. I'll have to concur on the Flintridge designation but I wonder if the killer Thebes could be Kanawha? If so, they did a great job with that piece! Hope you and your families are ok. It's good to see you in the creeks again.
Why do you never show you actually finding these finds always edit out hunting for them ?? And what part Putnam County? Because I live in red house area and I can show you some really great areas!
Let me start out by saying I love your content!! I'm from mason county wv and was asking if you could give us some location best to find these artifacts. Any feedback is much appreciated! Thanks
@MHindy.... Glad you like our content... We are certain there are lots of places in Mason County worthy of checking... Just look for any creek that has visible rockbars and you could find something... Artifacts are sometimes hard to spot but you need to not get discouraged and keep looking... The potential is there.... Stay close to the major rivers.
@@SenecaRelics thanks for the advice! Thing is most creeks near major rivers are not shallow. I'd love to check out old town creek. I live right next to the entrance of it but it flows through private property...I've check the same creek behind my childhood church ( pleasant valley community church ) a couple times but no luck! I'm not giving up. Me and the boys are determined!!!
i have access to capon river in hampshire country wv, do you think i could find something down there? it is down river from some french indian time period basecamp historic area? ty in advance
