- 2024 UPDATE WARNING: Someone said they detected a virus in the reloaded II download In not sure what it is, but someone else I’ve seen said that it’s the file that injects mods into your game so be careful when downloading I’m not sure if it’s 100% safe but my pc hasn’t had any issues ever with it.

I’ve recently seen a few comments saying they’ve detected Trojan of some sort in The recent reloaded II files so download at your own risk. (I’ve also heard it might just be the file that injects the mods into your game).

Great video thank you. I'm on my second playthrough (technically my 5th if you count the P5 ones) and I wanted to try an outfit I found on a mod page but couldn't make sense of the Reloaded II part. Also, I can see you're a true mod user since you have that Skyrim SE folder on the quick access lmao.

After installing my mods and clicking Launch Application through Reloaded II, Persona 5 Royal just plays as if I never installed any mods.

After I go through the setup, Reloaded 2 just doesn't open. I get the icon on my desktop, but it doesn't do anything. Anyway to fix that?

Trying to mod P5R on steam deck and despite there being a written tutorial on how to do it I don’t understand because it skips out vital info at the start.
Gamebanana states theres a “manual” way to install these, how? Where do I drag these files where do they go please.

Hey so, I downloaded the setup.exe file but it doesn’t install at all, it get stuck at 15% and gives me an error. Also my PC thinks that the app is a virus. What can I do now ?

Adding a comment to this chain in case someone else finds a solution, as I'm hitting the same wall as the other folks here (Windows 11 PC thinks the Setup executable is a Trojan virus specifically, at least from what I gathered).
This is a late reply but its a very easy fix. Just go into your windows virus & threat protection settings, and click manage settings and turn off real time protection. This will let you install reload ii. Then you can turn your protection back on.
yea no idea what's going on but it just keeps crashing whenever i do anything, kinda at a loss
It’s happened to me before might be the mod order or sometimes downloading mods from not straight from reloaded does that

For some reason when I do all this and then click save on the P5R exe it just... does nothing. Doesn't add the application or anything. After like a minute it gives me a popup asking to select the game from the list (it just says Persona 5 Royal) and then when I click ok it still doesn't add anything.
Edit: it also sometimes DOES add the program but tells me there is a mismatched hash and only Steam is supported (which I am using) and doesn't let me download any mods.
I'm sorry about the late response, but I don't really know how to solve the issue.
you have to launch the game every time from reloaded II for the mods to work or is only one time?
I usually launch it from reloaded II just to be safe since I’m not sure if mods work launching it normally

I did everything you said but it won't work for me. Like one of the mods I have for this is a mod that hides the date, maps, etc... but the date is still popping up. Not sure if it's simply that mod specifically or if Reloaded II just isn't working for P5R.
I think it might just be the mod it could have a missing dependency or one of your mods could be incompatible with it.
@@daffyducklings72 it's a mod I really need though as I'm working on a Persona 5 Fandub and need to be able swap, cut etc... with my recordings and it'll be confusing if the date is up in the corner.

@dunkbuscusgaming7016 I’ll try look into it later and see if I can find anything (I’m not really a modding expert so I can’t guarantee I’ll find a way to get it to work)

I can't seem to figure out how to search for mods in the reloaded II app, and in order download persona 5 essentials I had to download it manually because the version on game banana is outdated. Does anyone know whether this mod still just goes into the mod folder, or if it needs to go somewhere else specific?
hello, it works but it takes so long to download even one mod.. is this a bug? (my wifi isn’t usually slow because if i download the same file on google it takes a minute but on reloaded 2 it takes like an hour)

Yo, I downloaded like 5 mods, and the game crashes whenever I try to fight an enemy. I’m not sure if it’s a compatibility issue among the mods, if my pc’s not strong enough, or if reloaded is just not working for me.

It's open source, you can check the code yourself to make sure.

Idk I didn’t detect any when I downloaded it. Just try to make sure you’re downloading the right files, obviously keep your firewall on and don’t download a virus I guess👍
@@daffyducklings72 I checked few times. Check by yourself too. The 'setup.exe' you mentioned in the video contains a Trojan. Checked in other security programs too. Please remove the link you put in the description and pin your comment to tell people not to install it, or privatize this video until the problem is resolved.

If you're still having trouble, it's likely due to your settings on mature games for your steam
@@MaskedMagicianJoker No my issue was I couldn’t find it in my steam folders, but it’s not a problem anymore because I figured it out eventually
Steam deck reloaded 2 is dogshit all it does it crash.
