Wow, lovely video! I lived in Mongolia for 5 month's and enjoyed my time there, the Mongolian people are very nice, very hospitable and warm even though it's extremely cold. I did taste some of their traditional food, it was very nice.
First, put tea leaves into water and boil it, and then add milk and salt. Basically, adding milk and salt makes the difference between Mongolian tea and other tea.

A high protein, high fat breakfast with no heated vegetable oils, plenty of fatty meat and dairy with only low or moderate carbs and not a single person seems obese. Makes you think!
Everything is full fat, no skim ,full butter, they are perfectly slim...perfect example of not to be scared of real foods❤❤❤❤
Moderately eating.
Their food is a bit limited, hence their size
Cold weather drains calories through body heat
Active lifestyle
yeh because they work their asses off in an extreme climate.
I love this kind of vlog, showing culture of Mongolian trough food and lifetysle.
