Hello dear I want know about uk residence permit card,I come from uk after 2 years,now I m in india,I have valid uk brp card,can I go back uk with show uk residence permit card at airport with my passport and ticket, if I have valid uk brp card so I don't need to visa for re enter uk from india,please reply me
Hi there, what visa are you holding right now? If you hold ILR, it is valid within 2 years if you are out in the UK after 2 yrs. it will revoked and you might apply again or go back in square 1
Hi 👋 kindly request to answer my question please , I came 2017 4th November in uk as spouse visa and my five years completed last week but my BRP still valid till march 2023 , so is this possible to apply for my ILR now or I’ve to wait till march ?
Hi, thanks for your comment. If you reach the 5 year residency in the UK then you are now eligible to apply an ILR provided you meet all the requirements. Regardless of BRP date. Be sure that you have your passport stamped date evidence when you landed in the UK.
Hi, thanks for your comment! As far as I remember before I reached the payment bit, there was an option If I will opt to standard, priority and super priority. Then I chose super priority. Hope this helps.
Hi, Would you please share me from what date they count the 05 years? Also my dependent visa holders will not complete 05 years When I am eligible for 05 years. So whether I can extend my dependent’s visa along with my UK ILR application?
Hi there, 5 years will count the moment you landed the UK. Sorry not sure with dependant's visa if lesser that 5 years as attached with ILR holder you shoud seek an immigration adviser for that.
