There is something about these two that just keeps drawing me back to watching them. Their longing for each other, their chemistry, their understanding of each other is just remarkable! Both Jodi and Meg play Ellen and Pam with what looks like such ease. These characters are so organic. I am really hoping that Pam will be in season 4 and we get so see some more (happy) scenes of them both!
I loved it also when Ellen told Pam, “ I had to sneak out of the house just to visit the love of my life”. My stomach flip flopped and when Ellen was going to visit Pam the first time after finding out that she didn’t leave her to go back to Elise, did anybody notice the profile of Ellen in the presidential limo? To me her profile looked just like Jackie Kennedy with the high cheekbones. Jodi Balfour played an amazing part. I loved the chemistry between Ellen and Pam.

Always looking for something lose to Bette and Tina. This is it. Never heard of this series and all I want is more. Excellent actresses without all the extra storylines of other characters. Great microcosm of govt. trappings and dialogue. I wonder if this was made before or after L Word. Ellen is so much like Bette in form and fashion. When they walked in the park that day, Ellen's silhouette and graceful strides were so much like Bette.
This show is recent, started airing in 2019, so after The L Word and around when TLW Gen Q started. I absolutely love Bette and Tina too, and agree Ellen and Pam are similar in terms of chemistry. I also agree that Ellen is much like Bette's form and fashion, but her personality so complete opposite haha. Much more calm and collected like Tina. They are currently making another season now, so hopefully we will see more of them!
