1:19 Joker *MANOR* not Land. Any thoughts about the 4,000+ piece Creator Roller Coaster set? Check out the time lapse build: ua-cam.com/video/aPjDLn-VIFg/v-deo.html I bought this off the super-secret UA-camr exclusive site called *eBay* *Always* some products hit the market before the LEGO retail store stock date, *EVERY* season, *EVERY* year, so this should not be a shock or surprise to anyone anymore! *See the video description!*
Awesome set and review. That is really cool I like it but it just costs too much. To spend 100 dollars + I’d rather get the camper van or some other creator expert modular building
This is just not fair: the kids have already paid and waited when they get to the measure up sign. "Sorry Jean, I know we waited here for half an hour but this sign says you're to short."
Believe it or not, when fully assembled, the coaster is actually very easy to move. I know this because I moved it from the living room where I built it, to the top of my dresser at the other end of the house. It's light, and as long as you clear a path and obviously watch where you're going, you shouldn't have any trouble . Still give all the track joints "push" of course when done; but that takes far less time than disassembling it would be.
For someone who just recently has gotten to appreciate the thrill of riding roller coasters in real life, this is by far one of the most realistic lego sets to date. This is amazing!
After completing this set, I realized it was a representation of purgatory. The minifigs are stuck forever riding the coaster. Once they get off and go down the stairs, the path just loops around back to the coaster. There is no path to get out.
it is impossible to get tired of hearing JANG talk. When im home sorting pieces or when i get a new set i put a JANG review on or just a misc city video just to hear him talk! this set is a little much for me now but i would love to own something this huge some day.
What a gorgeous, gorgeous, incresibly well-designed set! I don't think I've ever been so amazed with a set ever! This is absolutely excellent on all fronts!
I have been dreaming of a LEGO Roller coaster for ever, I remember signing a petition on a roller coaster moc to make it a set, but never happened, as well as me and freinds making roller coasters off of my couch using train track when we were 10-11. I will definitely be getting this.
I love how you compared the size to other sets. Very helpful. Overall, I love the different minifigs included and the activity going on in the set is very impressive. I especially like the "lost" hat at the bottom :)
this set just makes me smile 😃 i have the ferris wheel and the carousel still in their boxes since i don’t have any space for them in my current setup... i’m def gonna get this set but i’ll likely wait for double VIP points or a really good “free” set with purchase to go with it.
This may actually be my favourite Lego set ever made. I’d love to buy it but I have nowhere near enough money as I’m only a teen, I guess I’ll just have to buy it when I’m older. When it’s on eBay. When it costs £1000......
This is the first LEGO set that I own that took me multiple days to build Also 9:35 this thing is so big it’s nearly impossible to move it without splitting it in half. He says it takes “a little extra time” it takes like 5 minutes (which doesn’t seem long, but this is five whole minutes of unlocking things) and it’s soooooo worth it
It may vary by person. I did the half-splitting thing just once for this review, but since then I've had to move it about a half dozen times and just left it together. I personally find it easier to take on short moves (around the house, room to room, floor to table, etc.) if I don't split it.
The fairground mixer most likely isn't there because it isn't a permanant installation, the whole idea being that it's being transported around different towns using the truck.
Got this set myself, absolute only issue i had building it was because of the constant building the supports it was easy to miss a part out but not noticeable until a few steps on when you add track but it didnt line up, however it was easy to rectify, and the finished set is amazing! On mine I added the joker mansion coaster to it and leave all 3 going round as a 'kinetic sculpture' Cool video for anyone looking to buy this set!
The amount of detail in these sets make me fall in love with LEGO all over again! I'm far away from Home and my LEGO collection, but I might end up tinkering in the digital designer...
I really like this set, but I'm a bit disappointed by it. I would guess that only about 2,000 to 2,500 of the pieces are for the actual "coaster." The rest of the pieces are for all the "eye candy" that surround the coaster. Also, I would never even consider taking this apart to rebuild it. The parts are very secure, and taking them apart would be a MAJOR task. So I'll just leave it built and play with it.
Anyone else wished they hadn't discontinued Scooby Doo so soon? A foul play at funland based set with Charlie the robot chasing scooby doo and Shaggy across the Roller Coaster would have been so awesome.
Awesome set! Been hoping for a lego roller coaster for a long time. I own a knex one and it's loads of fun, but has loops in it. Maybe someone will buy a few of these and create a killer MOC with loops!
I have both the Joker Manor and Ninjago City on my desk next to me right now, and as soon as you did that size comparison, my jaw dropped. I remember how much of a task it was to make room for joker manor, and I still have yet to make a permanent home for Ninjago City, so where in the heck am I going to put that roller coaster!?!? Lol. Can't wait for that set though! I just scheduled May 16th off of work so I can be first in line at my local Lego store.
I remember on the 90's, K'nex had their own Coaster set. It was cool, but I was a Lego Kid, and after seeing it, I started thinking long and hard about how to create a proper Lego coaster. At the time, the arts for a good track didn't seem to exist, even with Technic sets. I eventually gave up, but the idea was always in the back of my mind. A few years back, I found the Coaster Dynamics building sets, and once again, I really wanted a good Lego version... My silly dream has finally come true!
It's such a great looking set. So many cool features and design choices. Not to mention, we've waited years for this! What do you reckon the chances are of them releasing some add-on tracks for it? Like a loop-the-loop or even a corkscrew. That would be so cool! Thanks for the early review. You've not helped my decision difficulty at all 🤔
With enough motor functions and power, it could probably handle a corkscrew or loop... But Lego sells these without any of the motors, which is probably why the coaster is just one drop and some turns. Economics lesson lol... It's relatively easy to convince someone to buy the "power functions" pieces for any set that lacks them, and from a marketing standpoint, it makes sense to sell them separately (lots of different sets exist that could use them, so the demand is somewhat high). But to sell just some track pieces separately would mean taking a big risk from a marketing standpoint... The only customers who'd buy it are the ones who already purchased a $400 set (which is obviously a low amount). Very low demand means very low supply, or else you'd create a surplus... But if they produced only a small amount of the track add-on sets, they'd have to charge a lot of money to cover the cost of production (for such a limited production run). And like he said in the video, it would be extremely difficult to try to build a different version of this coaster using the same parts. If they wanted to have some add-on tracks, they'd also need more structural support and instructions on how to rebuild it all, as well as some ground decoration pieces (so it wouldn't look out of place within this set that covers the ground with pathways, benches, ponds, etc.). Tl;Dr version... No chance that they'll release some add-on tracks. It wouldn't be profitable and would require substantial pieces, modifications, and instructions.
for Legos first attempt at a full size roller coaster I think it came out amazing and was well thought out. to include a full working station with brakes and the opportunity to use 2 trains at once and have a side rail at this scale is awesome. the automation was well thought out too
Got it on sale from one of those failing wholesale retailers for € 246,-. It was pretty easy to build and I always wanted a rollercoaster model. I remember the train model makers had a fairground when I was a kid and there was a rollercoaster but obviously unattainable as a kid.
Jang, if you find the space somehow in your city, you could add this to your Mellenby District or in your city with the Carousel and maybe the Ferris wheel if you still have it built. A theme park would look great in your city!!
FI NAL LY!!! So happy to see this be a thing that exists. Lets hope these coaster parts become available in smaller, cheaper sets down the line. That would be awesome.
15:09 Great for realism, the NO signs, but as a Lego set it feel it unnecessarily gives the set a negative connotation. It's Lego! Why can't you take this stuff on a Lego Roller Coaster?!?!
Wow this is frickin huge 😮 makes sense though. Rollercoasters are massive in real life. I already knew it was too expensive for me but now I know I'd have nowhere to put it either lol Nice video though 😄 cool to see it with the motor functions.
I got this set a couple weeks ago. Have been concerned about space. It seems that at its highest point is around the size of LEGO Ninjago City, and the baseplate analysis in length and width is very helpful. Thank you!
I was finishing this set at 11:30 at night, putting in the track above the coaster sign. I pressed a bit too hard and like half the set exploded! I got really scared but was still able to finish it
Yeah, it’s pretty fragile. I remember when I was putting this together I had to keep standing up and walking literally around the table so that I wouldn’t be leaning on the set
Your point is totally valid, I'm not hating on it, but JANG's reviews are always top notch, even if one doesn't always agree with his opinions. He's earned that kind of loyalty in my opinion.
Fantastic video #jangbricks,. I would love to pick up this set at some point but right now like I did own the Millenium Falcon UCS at one point and realized I could not build it, so I sold it for a little bit over retail to a someone who had the space, and that killed me to let it go. Great review. I think it is an awesome set Jang and I love the content you provide It is honest and not bias and you don't like other channels say that everything lego makes is fantastic if it is isn't. Thank you again and I hope to buy this set eventually when I have room for it. You are well on your way to 1,000,000 subscribers. I look forward to the day when you do you video to celebrate that Jang.

you are awesome
I want a working lego toaster
Are going to use it in Jang city?
When this set comes to Finland i will buy it
Awesome set and review. That is really cool I like it but it just costs too much. To spend 100 dollars + I’d rather get the camper van or some other creator expert modular building

Who are here after listening to German podcast #FestUndFlauschig 🇩🇪😍🙌🏽, cheers Jan for such a great recommendation.
Deutsch schreiben wenn man kein Englisch kann.
Habe den Podcast gehört und sofort erkannt, dass das Video von JANGBRICKS war. ^^
This is just not fair: the kids have already paid and waited when they get to the measure up sign. "Sorry Jean, I know we waited here for half an hour but this sign says you're to short."
Zajum 11 I think the ticket seller warns you before buying tickets.

That’s od
No, Mr. Bones, nooooooo!
They're forever riding the Coaster!
How philosophical.

he is the Bob Ross of the lego world :)
I had a whole To-Do list planned for this morning... but this video is more important.
I want this!
My wallet doesn't.
Doctor Marvel same
I love how they actually put the chain like a real roller coaster
What a gorgeous, gorgeous, incresibly well-designed set! I don't think I've ever been so amazed with a set ever! This is absolutely excellent on all fronts!
this, the ferris wheel and the fairground mixer = best lego park
I have been dreaming of a LEGO Roller coaster for ever, I remember signing a petition on a roller coaster moc to make it a set, but never happened, as well as me and freinds making roller coasters off of my couch using train track when we were 10-11. I will definitely be getting this.

tech med sounds like your heading towards having an amusement park
I'd like to see a video of a six car train with the motor function on.
They got the brake/“hard stop” accurate that’s for sure! 😂
Thank you once again for such DETAILED review!
This may actually be my favourite Lego set ever made. I’d love to buy it but I have nowhere near enough money as I’m only a teen, I guess I’ll just have to buy it when I’m older. When it’s on eBay. When it costs £1000......
Oh my God, jang. PLEASE get more of the tracks like that and put them all over New Jang City.
That'd be dope
Could make a sky-train sort of system with them, though he might not be a huge fan of the red colour of these ones specifically.
This coaster is propably illegal since the break looks like more than 4 g's of deceleration.
This is the first LEGO set that I own that took me multiple days to build
Also 9:35 this thing is so big it’s nearly impossible to move it without splitting it in half. He says it takes “a little extra time” it takes like 5 minutes (which doesn’t seem long, but this is five whole minutes of unlocking things) and it’s soooooo worth it

@@JANGBRiCKS i built it on a sheet of wood it makes moving it much easier :)
I have been waiting for a rollercoaster set for years . This video cant get any better

absolute joy to have*
wow wow wow Almost 1 MILLION subs!!!! keep up the good work ;wow I remember watching the video thanks for 300,000 subs not very long ago!!!
Finally we're not confined to using K'nex or Coaster Dynamix to build our coaster models
The amount of detail in these sets make me fall in love with LEGO all over again! I'm far away from Home and my LEGO collection, but I might end up tinkering in the digital designer...
Minifig Roller coaster was always the lego holy grail for me this is just magnificent.
I love that there's a hat on the ground, under the ride. Just like real life!
Are you going to make a theme park in your city? This would be a great center piece, along with the ferris wheel.
So hypnotic. It was between this and the falcon and I'm glad I got the falcon but I could watch this for hours.
I really like this set, but I'm a bit disappointed by it. I would guess that only about 2,000 to 2,500 of the pieces are for the actual "coaster." I love all your videos, Jang you have helped me find multiple Lego sets. All your videos are very good quality and I am very thankful for you

17:16 that lady looks like she wants to speak to your manager
She's probably called Sharon
Wow. It's much bigger than I thougt
It just popped in my mind ! See how the Roller Coaster is named Coaster ? And then there are roller skates attached.. roller coaster .
i wish this existed when i was 8 years old
As usual, top-notch video. This set has been fantasized by so many for a long time.
That voice... I REMEMBER THAT VOICE! XD
Thanks for all the RC reviews. Really enjoyed them when I was getting into Hobbygrade RC vehicles.
I want that so badly it looks awesome
The designer of this set is pretty smart. I can imagine that it was quite complicated
I'm certainly buying this set take my money LEGO!
Awesome set! Been hoping for a lego roller coaster for a long time. I own a knex one and it's loads of fun, but has loops in it. Maybe someone will buy a few of these and create a killer MOC with loops!
does the k'nex coaster have a powered motor option? if so what's the set# please?
Pres NEODESMO I suggest getting this and the jokers manor so that you have some track pieces for a moc.
I have both the Joker Manor and Ninjago City on my desk next to me right now, and as soon as you did that size comparison, my jaw dropped. In real life it would be so loud in those booths under the coaster.
I love this set so much and I'm so glad that lego has made it for years but I wanted this set like before.

ZippoBoy ShaneShank The k'nex sets are insane tho, I found a really big set in the basement of my grandparents house, took it home and built it

with this roller coaster i can play that scene from final destination
A stop motion of this set would be awesome
This is one of those "that would be awesome in my collection, but where would I put it?" kind of deals. Thanks for sharing!!!
DargoDog What!?! You don't have dedicated LEGO-room in your mansion?
for Legos first attempt at a full size roller coaster I think it came out amazing and was well thought out. to include a full working station with brakes and the opportunity to use 2 trains at once and have a side rail at this scale is awesome. the automation was well thought out too
Awesome set, but for the price it should include the power functions
It's 4000+ pieces, if they put the power functions in the set the price would just go up more.
Remove the first upper tire to drive it with 6 cars in line
I took the first and the third off. Just took the rubber bands off so it would be easy to change back if needed.
Got it on sale from one of those failing wholesale retailers for € 246,-. It was pretty easy to build and I always wanted a rollercoaster model. I remember the train model makers had a fairground when I was a kid and there was a rollercoaster but obviously unattainable as a kid.
I was waiting for this review. I love how very thorough you are with very single aspect of the model. Thank you!
You didn't mention the seagull😟
THE RIDE NEVER ENDS
The reason kids can't ride the coaster is they can not sit down when the sign says do not stand
Ha
Thanks, NOw I want this set.
You should make an amusement park or a town in your city!
This has to be one of best
LEGO sets to date. Build looks tedious but the end result is amazing
That's such an impressive amount of little detail they put in this.
JANG feels like a school boy during this review, he’s having so much fun with the set!
What about the pirate one?😉
really really awesome, I just would feel that gap inside with green plates, alley and benches maybe, some plants and souvenir booths or so.
15:09 Great for realism, the NO signs, but as a Lego set it feel it unnecessarily gives the set a negative connotation. It's Lego! Why can't you take this stuff on a Lego Roller Coaster?!?!
I NEED this set. It looks amazing, and it’s something that we’ve wanted for so long!
It would be cool if they made it go upside down.
boredom how would they do that? 😆
JPQ Stevens
they could attach the cart to the rails at the bottom, though that would probably slow down speed.
Finally a LEGO roller coaster set
Wow this is frickin huge 😮 makes sense though. Rollercoasters are massive in real life.
I already knew it was too expensive for me but now I know I'd have nowhere to put it either lol
Nice video though 😄 cool to see it with the motor functions.
Amazing! Wish I had time to mess with this stuff! ..just incredible what Lego's can do..
Jang are you gonna get the ucs falcon now that it’s back in stock. I’m looking forward to your review more than any one else’s
Maybe he's saving it for a 1million subscriber special.
Be great if they made a longer more advanced version and built a real version of it at a park.
This set is a beast🤓😄
I got this set a couple weeks ago. Have been concerned about space. It seems that at its highest point is around the size of LEGO Ninjago City, and the baseplate analysis in length and width is very helpful. Thank you!
I was finishing this set at 11:30 at night, putting in the track above the coaster sign. I pressed a bit too hard and like half the set exploded! I got really scared but was still able to finish it
Yeah, it’s pretty fragile. I remember when I was putting this together I had to keep standing up and walking literally around the table so that I wouldn’t be leaning on the set
You could have put both trains on at the same time with the PF and without the brake in place, that would have looked cool
All that goes through my mind is Mario64, "YAHOOOO!'

I see what you did there.
Lol
This works a lot better than I imagined it would. Now I have to buy it. Thanks a lot Jang 😜
Ah yes, a 25 minute long video that's only been out for 9 minutes and people already saying good review as always.
Your point is totally valid, I'm not hating on it, but JANG's reviews are always top notch, even if one doesn't always agree with his opinions. He's earned that kind of loyalty in my opinion.
Maybe they watched it at 2x speed and typed their comment midway through the video
I imagine this set will be a very handy parts pack for MOC rollercoasters.
18:36 we call our English teacher ‘Mr. Cool Guy’
This is honestly so much more than what I could have hoped for from Lego! It really exceeds expectations.
I mounted mine to a 3/4 inch thick rectangular piece of wood so I can just lift and move the whole thing without it bending or sagging.
The car and track make me think of wdw space mountain
Would be perfect for my LEGO city to scale! Awesome set and thanks to show how to connect a motor to the schematic. Jang
You could buy the motor and remote and stuff and then turn it on and it does this moving automatically.
If LEGO, ever make a Jurassic Park gate, I'd love it if you could customise the name to fit an Amusement Park
Fantastic video #jangbricks,. I'm so glad that it does not require a really specialised propulsion mechanism and instead they just use tyres and treads.
