Lovely filming by Bauke! I enjoyed the time spent playing with Dieuwke and Kiki! But since Bauke was filming I was surprised there were no sheep in the video! The Mathildos is now a new name for the gang of Skittle, Bibi and Puck...I love it! Very interesting to watch Yvonne and her evening chores. She obviously has a great system and is very efficient at getting it done! As long as the horses cooperate!
We could see very well Dieuwke who is absolutely magnigicient the markings on her head are beautiful and Kiki is just the Darling self It's always a feat to get the ponies in, they are so stubborn Boefke Spidey in the lead Risey and Yfke love to play musical box so that Risey can check his girlfriend's box before she gets in Little Baukje loves her milk and we love her milky nose She is so cute I love her neck, magnificient ! I have to admit that it never fails to give me a laugh when all the horses and ponies decide that they have never seen the inside of the barn before, have no idea what a stall is, and are totally confused as to what you want them to do! And then the delightful Bauke and Dieuwke, along with little Kiki's help, decide to do a little entertaining also. Extra thanks to Bauke for the snappy commentary here and there. Indeed, Bauke, we wives have noticed that men can't do two things at once unless it involves sports and beer. 😉It was so much fun to see things from this perspective.

It doesn't matter how many times I see the moms with foals as well as Risey & Yfke do the musical stalls, it will stay funny. Even Spidey & Peach refusing to go into their stall. 😂😂
Great Rising Star, the plunderer of pellets. I remember when closing the door did not discourage him and he still tried to eat it through the feeder opening.

I half suspect that this section of his neck is also exactly where his neurological wobbler issues are, like you would rub your neck if you had to see a chiropractor. That being said, I don't think he's in any pain, maybe a bit irritated in that spot though. In older videos when the young colts were in a box together, the boys were often pushing eachother with their heads through a narrow space; I can see a small injury to the neck happening with a hard push at the wrong time, and it never moving back into place. No idea if chiropractic for a horse would help since we don't know if his neck bones grew in funny or because of something like that.
@@S4ccryn He had the habit of rubbing his neck before he had the wobbler and as early as a 3 months old if I remember, could be earlier but I remember him doing it at that age/size. It has to be irritation but likely not anything related to the wobbler itself, the wobbler is merely conveniently in the place where he's always scratched. Most horses have irritating necks, that's why they go in a relax state when it's scratched. Wobbler does not cause infection or allergies, it may stiffen muscles or cause soreness but none of which usually lead to rubbing behaviour.

Bauke did such a great job on the pen for the sheep , he's truly a crafty carpenter , making a grain trolly shed with lockable doors and a flat roof to store extra buckets and feed trays etc.. on top and the trolly and bags of feed inside one side and door for grain and other side and door for the trolly , to keep all the critters out lol

I think it’s amazing to watch the horses walk without halters .. and if they are not testing you go into their own stalls . They must love and respect you so much ..every time they go out and comeback is wonderful
