Awesome video, keep up the great work, if you want to speed up your editing, you should change your keyboard shortcuts especially for cut and instead of using command + b just change it to B and use your end and out points as you skim the timeline goes faster those buttons are i & o but great video and explaination. tysm! it always works well to simply film on any existing phone/ipad/camera you already have; i would also recommend imovie as a free editing software :)

Alyssa i have a question, what if when your editing the rough cut you have a montage / broll clip do you still wait until your done the rough cut to add the music or do you add it while doing the rough cut? Which do you think is more easier?
