INSTALLING A NEW FRONT BUMPER AND STILLEN FRONT LIP ON MY NISSAN R35 GTR

I finally did something I've been needing to do ever since I bought my Nissan R35 GT-R, change out the front bumper. When I got it, the paint was bad, the polyurethane was cracked and the lit destroyed. Watch and see how much better my car looks with a new bumper and Stillen front lip.

Damn I'm such a wussy when it comes to taking my bumper off. Here you are by yourself and filming a video. I do basically everything on all my cars. Always avoid bumper removals for some reason.

On most cars it's a real pain in the ass. This car is actually pretty easy in comparison. The only real issue is the oil cooler location

Agreed, great video. Where did you source your bumper from? I need to do this exact thing, and I am finding out the true OEM bumper from Nissan is $$$$! Any suggestions?

I got a used one from someone in the community, then had it paint matched

Would a 2017 bumper swap over? Any reason you didn’t go that route?

Not directly. The hood would have to be swapped and there is some ducting for the oil cooler has to be modified. I personally don't like the 2017 + bumpers. The 2012 to 2016 look way better
