INTRAPERSONAL COMMUNICATION: what is it? Practice self-knowledge with your inner voice

- Do you know when you take time to reflect on something and listen to your inner voice? Always remember this when asked what intrapersonal communication is. That's exactly it… Talk to yourself.
In other words, it is the process of practicing internal dialogues and debates. It happens whenever you question yourself, when you plan what to answer at certain times, etc. It's simply an inner journey that helps you reflect and make decisions, improving self-knowledge and all that.
To facilitate learning as well, I leave here the quote that I highlighted in the video, by Carlos Hilsdorf, for you to annotate or copy, if you wish:
"Intrapersonal communication reflects and nourishes our beliefs, culture, values, habits, virtues, defects and endless conditioning responsible for our difficulty in changing many things we would like to change in our lives. If intrapersonal communication does not make room for these changes, they will do not occur!
A good communicator (it should be remembered that communication is also influence, and influence is ultimately leadership) must have discernment and the greatest possible degree of control over his conscious intrapersonal communication. Otherwise, thoughts, orders, and conditioning will be acting out of our hands and we won't even be aware of them. Becoming aware of your inner dialogues and intervening in them when necessary is a great and stimulating challenge for a true communicator."
