I tried repairing One Led lamp which was totally dead by this method and found the Red pf capacitor you shown in video was bad/weak and when I removed the capacitor the Led lamp was fully glowing but flashing continuously so I then changed the same value Pf capacitor with new one and then it was totally Ok. So faulty Pf capacitor also causes Complete dead condition

For obvious reasons, one cannot be replaced with the other. If your resistor is not of the same variety, complement it (in series) with an appropriate fuse.
