In all the videos I've seen of making hand formed candy, I've always wondered what you do with that ball end that you pinch off to start it in that rolling machine. Would you show that in a future video please?
I saw once in a different candy shop's video, that they stick it onto the other end of the cylinder, so it gets used at the end. I'm guessing the pattern isn't as nice but at least it's not wasted.
