So - let me get this straight; it's a " provocation " if Ukraine tries to acquire a nuclear weapon to deter aggression against Russian invasion however the Russian invasion is NOT a provocation. OK - I got it.
Before Russian invasion, NATO armed and funded a coup to change the regime in Ukraine into an all out anti Russia one. That's the root of all provocations.
In fact, the Russian action is not a provocation, but an act of war. And note the parallel:
