If you enjoyed this video and want to see more of Lil Lady Lightning, here's a playlist of all the videos I have of her: ua-cam.com/play/PLCCMolYFX00SO1kxrP7tU8_MrX6j9ruhd.html&si=ZQoRHyzksEVriYv9
Sadly, Lady passed away March of 2024 due to a freak spinal cord injury she sustained in her corral, but I got to be her girl from the moment I adopted her to the very end. She is my best documented mustang, so if you want to see all of her domestic life and what training a mustang (while also living with autoimmune) can look like, I definitely recommend heading over to her playlist to see all of that. She was definitely a unique horse, and a very very special one.

That is by far the BEST trailer loading I've seen done. Those people are authentic horse lovers! Wonderful to see such quiet, considerate humans, thanks for sharing.

I have watched many mustang makeover videos, and a few movies. Although I do not have a horse myself, I have worked with young children. I love the freshness and simple beauty of your videos. Your efforts to have a deeper connection with your horse will go far. (just like when teaching children) I grew up around horses, however, my circumstances and finances make having one not something that will happen right now. So love watching your progress and efforts. Keep up the good work!!

They really were good about loading horses that year, and she’s been sweet from the start.

Its amazing back in the 1800s people battled on horses and wagons against all aspects of nature to get over those mtns and now the red carpet is rolled out for us.

Wow it’s crazy to think you picked up a random horse in a random town a couple years ago and now you’re living in that random town because of that random horse. ❤️❤️

Agreed. I’ve been making that same trip about 8-10 times a year since then, taking Hoosier pass instead of Denver, and it’s always beautiful.
