You won't regret it it's an amazing car. If you want to do the same upgrades as me you should be able to get wheel hexes, servo saver, front and rear hubs, motor mount and propshaft for about £50 from Jazrider. I'm just going to keep it on 2s for now, next upgrade I'm thinking about replacing the front U bolt with proper hingepins. Have fun!
Oh one of the upgrades I'm planning to do is swap out all the bearings to high quality non contact SKF bearings since my buddy can get them ordered cheap via work (aerospace industry supplier). As far as I can tell from my research the Tamiya kit bearings are ok, but have high friction losses due to contact seal.
I'll have to try that excuse with my wife, "something happened with my mouse and I ended up ordering....." :-)
My mouse suddenly starts clicking by itself on RC websites... :)
Wheel looks so good! Can you give an information about that?
Just backordered a Top Force Evo a few days ago. It'll hopefully be delivered next month. I'll be following your upgrades with interest.

Thank you, it would be interesting to compare the two types of bearings.
