Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay the new motor gets to hit the sand. I love sand scooping into the orange wheels on the cornering and then flinging it out. And the silhouette on the sand as it flew over the jump then landed to take its place. Man it was built for the sand. Once again great music. I love your stuff Man. Thank You
OMG how dare you run a RC car on the beach. Just kidding love it. If I wasn’t sure about a Top Force EVO before not anymore. Ran very nice handles the terrain pretty good loved the jumps where all we saw for a second was the shadow of the car. Spot on film editing right there.
Thanks for the outstanding comment Robert! Glad you liked the video. The TF is a beautifully handling kit, the smoothest Tamiya I've ever driven by far!
I love this video, it’s great to see them being run! This car was ‘after my time’ as a kid but for some reason it has really caught my attention and I was lucky enough to grab two when they were launched. Your video is the incentive I need to get one of them built! Thank you 👍
I'm in the same boat, Clayton, the TF came out after my initial love affair with RC dwindled and I therefore never got to familiarize myself with it. But man oh man, I'll tell ya I'm happy I have one now! What a gorgeous buggy to drive! Enjoy your builds! 🤙
@@claytonfarlow76 dude it makes me feel so happy that you pointed out the fact that you like that shot! The idea to shoot it that way came to me accidentally, really, but I was thrilled with how it looked! I thought I might get beat up for it, so I'm greatly relieved to know you guys enjoy it! 😁😁😁
Cool stuff!! Question is, how much damage does a car like that take going through all that sand? Does it need major clean up afterwards? Or one can bash it again and again at a beach??
The sand is very forgiving, one of the many reasons I love running on sand, I rarely break parts. Clean up is easy, I use waterproof electronics (even the stock ESC is quite water resistant) and I clean up carefully with fresh water and a paint brush to get in all the nooks and crannies. Shoot the metal parts with WD-40 immediately after and she's good to go! 👊
That was descent!! I do appreciate a good running video. Was that a new jump? Not the usual drift wood you use? I liked the shadow jump...that was cool and different. 👊🏼
Thanks pal! A couple jumps used in this vid, just a natural slope in the beach and I also built a log jump. The grounds in which I run here changes each video. The tide comes in and goes back out every day, always a new canvas to work with! 🤙
Great video - I’ve just finished mine, but winced at the prospect of getting sand (or in my case, dirt…!!!) in it!!! How do you clean them (without completely disassembling them - which is what I’ve had to do to a few others…..). Compressed air?? Keep the vids coming - loved the terra scorcher stuff - still have my original from 1989-ish as well as a rere. 👍
Thanks for watching, Spencer. Believe me, I winced at the idea of getting this kit dirty too! But I had to see it run. 😁 I clean mine with running water (kits are waterproof other than the esc) then WD-40 the bearings and moving parts and leave it out in the sun to dry. Then she goes back on the shelf. 👊
Nice video but it's difficult to get the sensation of speed when it's constantly in slow motion with music overlaid. I.e might as well be a 540 can for all we know as the effect would be the same. Hope you had fun out there, looks wicked otherwise.
Thanks for watching and commenting. 👊 I prefer slowing down my shots since full speed is almost a blur. Sand flying, buggy jumping all over the place, it looks very erratic to me and I find it kind of unwatchable. But that said I totally hear what you're saying. Perhaps I'll put together a slightly different video with the EVO, no music, less editing, revealing the full speed and handling of the buggy... hmm... back to work! 😁👊
@@poorboysrc fair enough, lovely edit regardless. Maybe experiment with mixing the real time and slo mo? But what do I know I'm no professional at it myself!
What, really? Have you tried www.e-rc.ca? That's where I get my kits from. Great prices, will ship to U.S. and use my coupon code for $15 off! CC: Poorboysrc
Right on Mark, appreciate the comment. I do at times blend the sound of the car along with my music, but I'm always using music. Perhaps one day I'll try a video without, may be interesting... 👊
Update on the cheap EBay Grasshopper purchase , seller sent a bag of seeds to Alabama. I live in Maryland. This is a total scam , my local Post Master did the research for me.

Haha thanks for the love, brother! Glad to hear it put a smile on your face! 🤙
Now that’s how you make a running video 🤩🤩🤩
And that location is 😍👊🏻
Thanks brother! The EVO was absolutely awesome out on the beach yesterday, can't wait to get it out again. 🤙
That thing rips, and it looks so stable doing it
Yeah buddy, it's very stable! Feels glued to the ground, really the nicest Tamiya I've ever driven! 👌
Waiting for its beach time! 👍🏻😊👍🏻
Yeah buddy!!! 🤙
Looks great on the sand loving the music too 👍🏼
Thanks for watching! 🤙
Love the jumping scenes. makes me wanna go buy one
Right on, glad you liked the vid, Stanley! Definitely pick one up, these buggies are awesome!!!👊
Awesome run , nice to see the Top Force being used and not sitting on a shelf .
Thanks for watching, Eric! 🤙
Just pulled the trigger on this one. Had to order from Europe as no one in the US seems to have one.
Nice running video!
Thanks bro! This buggy is soooo nice, you're gonna love it! 👌
Hi and greetings from your boi in Mississauga!!! Top notch video and way to get her dirty!!!!! Finally a running video on sand!! AMAZING Job!! Thanks
Haha thanks for watching Chris! 👊
Thanks an incredibly cool buggy looking even better👍
Thanks for watching, Phil! 🤙
Yeah man I can dig it, great filming, banging tune. Nice job.

I love the camera work
Thanks brother! Tried some different shooting techniques with this one! 🤙
cool rc and awesome sand bashing
Thanks brother! 🤙
Cool vid! Top Force runs really well, makes me want one after watching the video.
It's so smooth, that's the best way I can describe it. Suspension is super plush, it handles like a dream! You better grab one! 😁
Nice running video and slow mo.
Thanks Mattias! 🤙
The evo looks so low to the ground, like it should be mowing over ants, but yet it eats tough terrain for breakfast, great suspension travel
Yeah for such a dated buggy, the suspension is 👌

Now on this one it looks like the front left side tire looks like it's going to come off.
Yep Tamiya’s always get stuck in the sand 👊🏻👍🏻
