How come every time I click on MetaMask ext. all I get are options to "import wallet" or "create wallet?" when I don't want to do either. I have a 12-phrase recovery code, but why do I need it to access MetaMask?

hey Silvia. to use web3 you would need to install it separately from metamask: 'npm install web3'. try that and see if you're still seeing the error.

every other test network can connect but localhost unable to connect ,please help,done restrating cach clean and all but not connected to localhost ?

From the Inspect option, when I go to Console option, it shows "Lockdown failed: TypeError: At intrinsics.Object.groupBy expected boolean not function" and "Protecting intrinsics failed: ReferenceError: harden is not defined" - these two error msg always. I couldn't remove this. I need a help badly........... :(
