I love my Stepp22 boxes. I use them throughout my Airstream 24X AV. Incredible quality. The multi cam stuff goes quick. The tool bag is convenient and I love it.
Great set up and Step 22 gear is legit … good info for a lot of folks who don’t roll prepared!
Ive been running the Step 22 Pangolin roll for about a year now. Great setup. Really like the multicam option. May have to look into getting some of the other bag options.
I’m so glad you made this video. Never knew this existed, but I am definitely ordering one. With a truck, it’s hard to keep a mechanic’s tool set under the back seat because, as you said, the box is too big.
Thank you! Been on the hunt for a good tool roll - snagged one immediately!
Glad I could help!
Looks great but the bag costs way more than the tools inside. Ouch!
thats like having a snap on toolbox with huskey tools inside , spend on tools first and then get a good toolbox, youll need a bigger one than you startet with , just like knives quality isn't cheap
Thanks dude, this satisfies my OCD quite nicely. Thanks for sharing!
This is nice! I have a small roll bag for tools too, just small setup of the essentials
I been wanting a pangolin real bad but hate hook and loop. Love step22 products. Materials are amazing.
The hook and loop is pretty minimal on here.
This dude looks like a civil war soldier with that beard. That tool bag looks good to have. Great review.👍
Needs a blaze orange interior to see those black tools.
Crap bro now I know what I’ve got to buy next 😆 I’ve got so many tools in my truck all right you talked me into it👍🏻 ok 👌🏼🔥🤠🔥Camping Russ out
Just added to my Xmas wish list!
Love tacomas! I bought a 2001 Tacoma back in 2008 for $12,000. Just hit 100,000 miles on this baby and still running today. Had a frame recall. Doubt I’ll ever buy another vehicle again in my lifetime
Good to know. I'm looking to buy something like this!
I picked up a 2001 tacoma TRD last oct 31st in Kentucky for $18,000.
It had 24k original miles when I drove away with it. Brought it back to VA and as it sits right now it has less than 28k miles. Just a couple of small blemishes on the body but everything else is spotless.
Lunar mist, 5spd, 3.4
Sweet video man
Personally, I like the plastic case my tools came in. Everything is waaaaay more organized, each piece has a dedicated spot that is labeled with the size, everything is much easier to find, and it lays flat. The tool roll seems to be an answer in search of a problem IMO.
Try storing one of those big plastic cases in a van or truck. You will run out of space really quick.
@@TalonSei I store mine in my truck but hey, to each his own. Keep up the great videos!
I agree with the plastic case the tools come in. Dumping out your pouch from a tool roll to find the correct size is annoying for anyone that actually uses the tools…
@@Wraithality I use Husky socket rails, they are money. Same organization but much smaller footprint.
can't wait to get some step22 gear
Bro I love multi cam black! Might have to pick this up! I need a better tool bag I have one of those husky zip bags with everything dumped in that just one big pocket it definitely sucks lol
That’s awesome!! I need to get one of those sushi rolls!! My hard plastic case broke and all my tools fell out.
What do you keep in the big zipper pocket? I saw another video where someone said you can keep rag towels in there.
Nice setup
Really nice bag I have a Toyota Tacoma TRD pro and I would never be able to fit that under my seat not a chance.
great video...thats what i need as well, but be honest my tenere700 tools needs not that much space, but can use it for rest moto things
Looks great. Do you see yourself slimming down to just the sizes your rig needs, or keeping a full set like you have here?
Yeah that wouldn't be a bad idea. I could get rid of almost all of my standard sizes but it is nice to have when helping out others that break stuff.
how much does that hold? reason is i might need 2. i carry forearm crutches with me at all times. and need wrenches and screw drivers, place for nuts and bolts. extra tips, or should i get this plus pockets for back of seat? basically have the same truck as you. but more interior mods than you.
Looks nice but is it worth 2x of others?
Thanks dude!
Do the tools rattle in it? That would drive me nutz but i ordered one so hoping not
Superb
Hey, very nice video do you have a link for the socket organizers?
Thank you.
Home Depot tools section 🤘🏼
What socket rails are you using?
Not sure how else to contact you buddy but if you happen to he down in moab or the desert SW in the next month, I'd love to meet you and do some UTV rallying or some light offroading comparisons truck camper vs satvan. You are a cool dude and I dont know anyone down here so I figured I'd extend the invitation.
Awesome tool roll set up! How come you went with black tools? They will be annoying to try to find the right one in that black bag, especially if you’re out on a trail when the sun is going down
Because I like black
@@TalonSei Fair enough 😂
Welp they’re sold out. Guess I missed out in this one. Great vid per usual talon
Really a sweet set up! But, man they proud of that shit 😬
Is is possible to get an amazon link for all of this? The socket organizers are pretty interesting. I mean it's all useful information, but I kinda want to just copy paste everything you did into my suv.
The link in the description is where you can find the tool roll (only available in black at this point) the organizer and tools can be picked up at your local Home Depot 👍🏻
@@TalonSei Appreciate it, bro. Hope you’re doing well.
Nice
Good looking tool roll. Do you have a discount code?
No, sorry
Could you share a link for the socket organizer rails?
I just picked em up at Home Depot
@@TalonSei thanks for the heads up. 👍🏻
Looks nice but keeping it in the plastic case is way better and it will save you time. Can you imagine having to unroll that thing then look for a ratchet then unroll another one for a socket then if you need an extension gotta look for that too many steps when you can just open up the case and see everything you need way more convenient
Nice set up. On that note $150. For a tool bag lmao 🤣 😂
The Pangolin was by far the best investment I made to carry/consolidate and pack out my tools. Great review! #step22
I'll definitely get that tool roll but man I don't know about black tools for your vehicle tools. They look cool in a brightly lit garage but on the side of the road or a trail good luck finding them if they drop or roll away. In my experience stuff never seems to break in perfect conditions. You might want to put a couple small magnetic trays in that bag too.
What socket rails did you uses ?
Husky
Need a kit for the side by side.
Probably a good idea
Got my hopes up thinking finally someone come up with a sweet back to go under my back seat and then i see $145 for a bag like wtf. Not fun being broke.
Hey buddy 🇺🇸🤙🏻
Hi Matt
Everything is sold out. Neat.
Turn on my channel notifications for the early scoop on future things like this 👍🏻
@@TalonSei are they restocking the MCB or should I just buy the normal?
awesome stuff but they never have them in stock
They are right now
Oohh, this pleases the OCD
👍🏼
I call the tow truck :)
I heard if you're this early Talon will send you a trayvax talon.. 🤔
Who did ya hear that from? 🧐😆
@@TalonSei just the word on the street! I don't make the rules, I just follow em! 😅
Damn it’s a nice tool roll. At 145$ it better fix your truck for you.
150$?? No promo code?
What happen to sunday gunday????????
It moved 2 years ago… where have you been? www.seiproductions.com
Dam I ordered this and never got it... I am pretty disappointed.. $150 down the drain
Did you contact them?
@@TalonSei Yup they just tell me to message usps so not sure what to do usps says nothing they can do
September 8, 2022 was "delivery date"
I was hoping to find a tool bag like that to put in my hyundai veloster and its seems to match.. sucks
The roll is less organized and has more volume than the plastic box. Just keep the box, it can easily slide in any spot.
QVC
A wrench roll... What a revolutionary idea... Oh wait. Nevermind.
black tools in a black bag is not cool for visibility and ease of finding.
I like it but tool expensive for a empty bag
