Vida and Quaker are in serious condition. Quaker has been transferred to a veterinary hospital
😭 prayers for them all@@user-ho4ie4rs9b
@@user-ho4ie4rs9b I hope they make a good recovery. All troopers, horse riders and members of the public caught up in the situation.
I love your channel.
Came here for an update on the horses and riders.
Such empathy for all.
And I now know what you look like!
❤ from 🇨🇦
@@user-ho4ie4rs9b Oh, no!
Trojan is absolutely magnificent. Such an intelligent face! It broke my heart to see these poor animals scared witless and careening, seemingly unaware in their fear, into vehicles. Please, John, keep us updated on their health. 🇨🇦
Am especially concerned about the gray. Please work your magic and try to let us know. Thank you, John.
@@karenfein4774 last I heard from media, at least 1 and possibly 2 had been transferred to an equine specialty hospital and were in surgery. I’m sure the gray is one of them.
That horse is not ready to be in that box. Dangerous for the horse and the public. Inhumane to keep putting an agitated horse back in the box.
I’m very fascinated by it!! I have always been in love with Queen Elizabeth and Princess Diana!!❤❤
Sending healing thoughts to the poor injured Guardsman and horses injured yesterday. People forget that horses are animals, unpredictable. Thanks for all the sterling videos and historical records you provide.
... and they are big and fast.
I’m furious with the idiot who chucked building rubble down a chute just as the horses were passing. They must surely have heard them! Hope troopers and horses all make a full recovery.
I cannot agree more with you on this!!! It has been extremely awful for the horses.
Oh please , London is full of townies, they don't haveca clue about animals
Builders don't know who's passing underneath and even if they did it's not their responsibility. Under the highway code it's the responsibility of the road user to be aware of all risks. That includes horse riders and surrounding noises.
Yes i do agree really although it was a terrible incident and hope all are getting treated well, but its seems hideous that the guards and those in charge allowed this to happen ,the animals they say were not used to the noise of building works should perhaps be on hold till its all finnished 😢☹️Lizzie
The newspaper said the owners were having their basement dug out to put in a pool!!
Poor Quaker and Vida I'm sure that they will get the best care they can be given.
Saw a video of one black horse shaking he was calmed down by a member of the public. Not sure which of the black horses it was. Hope Trojan and Tennyson are ok and doing well.
Take care everyone officers, troopers man and horses at Hyde Park Barracks. You are a credit to your regiment, yourselves and the country.
It breaks my heart to see and hear that the Guards and Horses were injured. I pray for their speedy recovery, both physically and emotionally for both humans and animals. Sending love and prayers ❤❤🙏🙏.
It's called sarcasm and our lovely, knowledgeable John is a master of sarcasm. 😁❤️
We very much appreciate John's efforts to keep us informed and thank him for his sensitivity.❤
Congratulations John, you've hit the Daily Mail online again. Excellent work, excellent commentary. A true English gentleman.
Hear hear welldone John read the article thankyou
FYI, John, not only TROJAN was in your past videos but QUAKER as well.
I wish VIDA, the bloodied Gray horse & QUAKER a successful surgery & a speedy recovery as well as other horses, Guards & members of the public involved…❤️🙏
Yes, Quaker has also appeared in previous videos! I will try and find some footage once we know he's doing okay. 🐴❤️
I read Trojan had the most serious injuries and after being treated was transferred to a different equine hospital for more specialized treatment. I hope Trojan, the other horses and injured riders all recover fully.
Thank you for your videos, I never got a chance to visit England and never will due to my health. Your videos give me an opportunity to see what I'll never have a chance to see in person. Thank you for the time and effort you put into filming and editing. I always look forward to watching (stupid UA-cam keeps unsubscribing me from your channel at least once a month)
I'm really sad to hear Quaker and Vida are in serious condition, but also heartened to hear that Tennyson and Trojan are okay. I'm sure Quaker and Vida are in excellent hands, and wish them, and the injured troopers, a speedy and complete recovery, and everyone in HCav, humans and horses alike, a quick return to normality. I'd wish for more, but I'm a little superstitious about wishing for some things, as things inevitably go the opposite way when wishing for that.
❣👍🙏
Filmed 27.01.24......(read the title of this video).Thank you for reposting this after yesterday's incident John,
I still can't get my head round it. Yes it sucks for the troopers and public the were injured, but they knew what had happened....the poor horses were freaked out by a totally alien noise to them. I hope they mentally recover as well as physically. With the grey having history of spooking, I hope they retire the horse.
Hope Vida is recovering from his injuries. Watched a video of him being caught and given some treatment by the roadside before being put in and rushed away in the horsebox. He was in some state with all that blood. Get well soon Vida.❤ and all injured troupers as well.
This seems trivial considering the hundreds of scenes you have captured but, walking along and suddenly coming upon the Kings Guard location, surprised me on how it’s just unassumingly there.
I’ll never be there in person and it gave me a perfect perspective on London if I were there.
Thanks
Oh poor Trojan and th e others. Hope they will all be OK. I saw on another video the horse that threw the lovely lifeguard actually fell over because of another horse playing up. I hope the lifeguard is OK and the other riders.. Thank you for reposting this Joh
I hope so also.
I couldn't agree more and was in tears watching news footage of those poor horses running for their lives. Vida being a grey (white) had me sobbing as her injuries were so much more obvious and 'knowing' Trojan so well from here just added layers of heartbreak. God please get them both through their traumatic injuries Jan.x💔

Hey John, Trojan and the others will forever be known as: "The Hooves Heard Around the World". They were on the national news and the local news here in the Midwest in the US. I already knew what had happened because I caught your video. Great work, John. Always on top of things.
That’s why I say people need to take pictures and move on,but they just stand there, the mind boggles!
This first sweet horse, Reaper hasn’t had his coffee yet, he’s still asleep! Lol😊😊😊
Saw your credited video on the Daily Mail yesterday. Wishing the best recoveries for all the injured, humans and horses. So sad.
Yes, i saw it too. There was an excerpt taken from the video filmed by John on Wednesday morning, the Daily Mail used on their channel here. They credited John, because they put the name of the channel in the upper right corner of the video.
Thank God for this change of policy. I'd been suggesting the same for over a year watching the way some of the visitors mistreat the equine guard support. Teasing the guards and acting like fools. Thank you for the point out and wishing you well in your videography pursuits!!
Don't believe everything you hear !!😅
They could’ve been arrested for something else
What are the changing
This is an older video from january.
It was just John' s wicked sense of humour and err, nothing has changed
I saw the video of people calming the horse that collided with the bus on Tiktok. Even for a horse, you could see the shock of the horse, plus he was limping! Thanks to the people that helped that horse stay calm after his injury!
Just seen it was a delivery of concrete hitting the ground hard at the Palace that startled the horses!
Sending all best wishes for the Horses to come out well . ! ❤❤❤❤
Thank you John for keeping us updated much appreciated ! ❤
Well done John for replaying this video Trojan bless him there is far too many people like you said. Some tourists just don't get it they think the Gaurds and their horse's are there for them alone can't they get it in their thick sculls they are on DUTY!!!! My love and respect to our Guards and Horse's that were hurt yesterday wishing them a speedy recovery. Thanks again John stay safe ❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧
The commentary is great.....the peasantry at the gates😂
Its heart breaking for poor horses and Guards
You do a wonderful job John, I don't think that people should be allowed anywhere near them, they have feelings too, and should be viewed from a distance, not mawled about by people who must think that they are there for their show , that's not how it works here.
I hope Vida and Quaker will be ok. Please keep us in the loop if possible.
Some people are round the bend. A horse acting up is so dangerous and they haven’t the sense to get out of the way.
This truly broke my heart to see this whole event is so sad. Prayers for these beautiful animals and the soldier’s 😢involved in the terrible situation. How stupid people are to stand do near and their children brought too near to the horses 😮
John i love your comments. I must smiling because your have lovely commenta❤😂
Thank you for filming.
My daily routine ❤
John I love your talk on the way to the horse guards. It is so amusing. Makes me laugh thank you for being so entertaining.
Heartsick over yesterday’s events. Sending healing thoughts to troopers and horses. 🐎🐎🐎
Absolutely devastating. We are all wishing them a complete and speedy recovery.
Keeping all in prayer. Maybe it will bring more respect for these amazing horses. One can hope.
I love watching your channel… it’s been almost 30 years since I have been back to London… my grandmother is from Yorkshire and I used to visit her every summer when I was a youngster… after her husband passed, my step-grandfather, she moved to the states to live with my mum and dad… I haven't been back since she moved here… she passed away a couple years ago and I miss her very much… I miss my visits to her estate outside of Yorkshire… it was sold after she passed since none of her kids with my step grandfather wanted to keep it up… personally, I think they just wanted the money but it is what it is… so, I enjoy your walks around London and the visits here to Horseguards…
Oh I feel so depressed by all this . Those poor horses......😢
The tourists should be stopped touching these horses, its not fair on them at all...Ormonde and Arnie are the best for biting and keeping these pests away...
I agree 100%
What gives with many of these tourists using their fingers to display the "V" symbol? What is the meaning of the "V"? Winston Churchill used it during WW2 to indicate his attempts (successful) to end the war in the Allies' favor. "V for Victory". But today? Seems rather childish.
Totally agree with you … no wonder these horses have melt downs on a daily basis … everyone would if they were being mauled by hundreds on a daily basis
I think it’s very disrespectful ! These are precious animals and highly regarded. I wish they would mark off an area at least five feet from them where you can film and just admire but not touch, like fine china. 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤. LM USA
@jeanetteriley5810, yeah, all that gentle patting is extremely harmful to the 1200 pound animals! The horses are not getting hit, beat, abused, starved, stabbed, shot, punched, kicked, poked or ANYTHING actually hurtful! They appear well fed, maintained and have a rather comfortable existence!! 🤔
Late last night it was reported the injuries were not too bad to horses and guardsmen and the public. But this morning I heard that two of the horses had series injuries… It would be nice to be kept updated, I do hope they will be okay.
Good afternoon John. I remember poor Trojan having a meltdown here at horse guards.
Thank you for the update on the horses. I’m sure they have the best care any horse could ever receive. I hope the troopers and cyclist are doing well 😊
The ignorance and entitlement of these single minded people never fails to upset me....
@nojnoj3069, as is the greed and ignorance of the military officials ALLOWING this abuse to happen for so long.
Not so much single-minded as single-celled.
The horses decided not to go to France because they were told the french like horse meat xx loved the narrative yesterday xx
So sorry for these beautiful horses, may they all make a speedy recovery.❤
To all the Brits: I find it necessary to apologize in case you have run across a video of yesterday’s incident with voice over by a man named Rick from Texas. #1. I’m from Texas, and honestly thought I had blocked his channel. He professes himself to be an equine handling and riding expert in all styles and disciplines. His very derogatory remarks regarding King and Household Cavalry and their horse husbandry made me sick. If I had transportation last night I probably could have made a long drive and rescued his horses.
Not all folks from Texas are asses like him. Again, my apologies for his crass comments.
Most folks from T are asses.
I think I know what Rick you are talking about, "Think Like A Horse" is his channel. He has commented on another channel I have followed "Longhorn Lester". I saw his video and he was quite derogatory, apparently this isn't his first time at criticizing the British Army and their horses. 🇨🇦
@@kimyanchus582 That the donkey I was referring too. Bless Lester, he just doesn’t know who to walk away from.
@@kimyanchus582 That the donkey I was referring too. Bless Lester, he just doesn’t know who to walk away from.
@@grannygoes The British Military and people for that matter, have been involved with horses for centuries. But with any animal things can go wrong. 😘 🇨🇦
You crack me up all the time "SLAPPER IS BACK" lol
I'm hoping the troopers' guards and all horses are doing ok💂🐎✨️🤗💖
I've heard Vida is not going to be taking up his or her former duties again. I hope he/she gets put out to pasture and enjoys the rest of its days. 🫡
Omg poor darling s hope they ok and the poor troopers i want to join u John but i cant do it im 80 watch you every day
Two of the Household Cavalry horses who ran loose through London yesterday (24 April) are said to be in a “serious condition” after being operated on last night.
The most severely injured were Vida, the grey horse, and Quaker. The other two horses who broke loose, Trojan, and Tennyson, are being “closely observed”.
An Army spokesman said Vida and Quaker were operated on last night, with one of them transferred to an equine hospital.
Many have said for DECADES that the way THEY allow such close proximity of tourists and guards/horses was incredibly STUPID. They are doing what they should have done a long time ago. The London officials ALLOWED abuse of horses and guards for too long!
Yes, I totally agree. It's about raking in tourist money.
@@user-nt4oy8cu1n yes and London is a loud city like any other loud chaotic city and all that affects these horses. It is not the 19th century and some of this done for tourists (and there are not as many anymore) needs to stop. There are other marvelous things in London and we can concentrate on those.
Seeing Trojan react this way to the pipes and drums, gives a bit of insight as to why he bolted yesterday, knowing it was down to noise on a building site.
Hope the horses will recover so sad they are so gorgeous
Même pas jolis ……. C’est très triste !
Afternoon John! This whole thing was very scary and sad. I am glad the troopers are gonna be alright and no one got more seriously hurt than they did. I watched the other videos but had to turn them off seeing the horses like that was very upsetting! Its also wild that no members of the public were really hurt. Stay safe out there everyone, speedy recovery to the troopers and horses!
Thank you John for showing this footage of Trojan ❤
Devastating to see and hear about the horses. The Grey looked badly injured.Hope to hear all 4 have recovered.
As someone who lived through WW 2 it;s interesting to see all these Asian faces as tourists.
Hi John. Thanks for digging through back vids to share this one. Trojan showing how easily spooked he became with the passing band. He had time to pick up the advancing band sounds. Whereas I am presuming the loud noise coming from the building site would've been sudden and terrifying to the horse's ears. Thanks for the updates and congrats. for making the papers again... Take care. kiwi 😀
Thankyou for letting us know which horses. I do hope they all will be ok. It upset my sister as she has Welsh cobs. Huge horses. Let’s hope the vets can do all they can for them.
Thank you John for the update, hope all horses make a full recovery. Thought I recognised Trojan with the kind people looking after him, I like Trojan, hope he and all of them, riders public all make a full recovery.
Ah, this was filmed on my birthday this January! 💃💃 I'm glad the guards & horses are ok tho from yesterday. I'm still bummed about it. Watching this video, I've decided that it's the tourists who need taming, not the horses. It's ridiculous!
Good morning🌞 good morning everyone.🌞
John the bells went off he might have connected that with leaving.
It's very important that the horse does not have the option to set the mood that is the riders responsibly.
I feel what happens when your on the horse is your responsibility after all you're in the driver's seat, there are exceptions of course,
The horses should all be desensitized to noises etc and the little acting up wouldn't happen.
When they act up and you give them what they want, you've turned the power over to them, and what I'm seeing is they are allowing the horses to win.
John, a massive meltdown would blow your socks off lol lol.
These are little testing of rider or that moment to to let your horse know its going to be OK but you must keep the horse in that place and get him calm.
One person in comments said a lot of the gaurds are just learning to ride, that starting out with a horse and rider that are learning and that can be a disaster
Just my opinion and my experience might not be others,
My favorite rider is the heavy set gaurd that was the first one you stood in front, that horse is calm because that is what the gaurd expects.l watch the connection between rider and horse and he is always communicating with the horse through the reins,I watch his rein hand if the horse reaches out to a tourist he quietly pulls his head back etc.he might be queuing with legs and feet but that big coat covers that up, I do watch the feet.
Thanks for the videos. I enjoy them 🫡🫡🤗
Good morning John USA I hope the trooper is doing ok from that horse throw yesterday It would be nice if these parades and protests would go up another street It bothers these horses I feel bad for them Hope you have a great day Love the video
Do you know if you have ever video Quaker please the horse currently in equine hospital .so I can see what he's like. Thank you.x
Will search and see what I have!
@@LondonCityWalks Thank you.x
Morning Happy Thursday...yea looks like Asian day......hope no more bad horse trouble today.... Have a good day.
Thanks, John, for the update on the horses and troopers. Much appreciated. Have you heard also about the trooper that was thrown yesterday when the Lifeguards arrived?
John was there when it happened. He got it on video but kept his distance out of respect for the trooper who could have been seriously injured. Happily he wasn't and was able to walk into the stable area.
Good morning ❤John have a blessed day.
Good on the new policy..Thank u for all ure excellent filming....
Hello. I really don’t know how you cope with the crowds …. You have my admiration…..
Hi Angela ✋ I think the same... John has all my admiration and respect about that. ❤🐴❤
I feel so sad about the horses I am hoping and praying they make a good recovery also I hope the guards are ok . More to the point I hope whomever caused them to run scared gets a serious talking to ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi John, there is NO need for the people to have to pet the horses and aggravate the Kings guards, this should be stopped and if they don't like it TUFF. We in the United States at Arlington Cemetery do not allow people around the guards or make fun of them. I hope this will change in your country.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
It’s good to know, these soldiers serve out countries and go to war. Many people that go and tease and be stupid would never volunteer to fight in a real war, but expect to be protected.
I imagine if people couldn’t touch the horses, they wouldn’t bother to stop to see them. This would alleviate the overcrowding. As it is now, it’s giving off a Disneyland vibe, not the respect it deserves. It’s become a circus. 😢😢😢😢
It's a lot like a seeing eye dog...an animal at work. You would never touch the dog, would you? People should not be allowed to touch these horses who are also at work. Give them space.
I would love to know the troopers thoughts about the tourists
Hey John! Just saw your video from yesterday on Daily Mail. They like your videos I guess. Maybe because they can trust your work. 👍
If you remove the horse at the first sign of a marching band (or whatever the stimulus is) then that horse will not become acclimated to typical crowd noises and activities. These horses are the public face of the Horse Guard and must be accustomed to large crowds, unruly children, rude tourists, all the things they will encounter at the box. I understand why they didn't at once take him off to the stable, if they did that, the horse will quickly understand that he can misbehave and be rewarded with going back to the stable--it's very similar to "barn sour". They tried to keep him in the box so that he can learn to tolerate the noise. I understand why they finally let him go in though, the risk of someone in the crowd getting injured if they push too hard.
I completely agree with you. I've watched Trojan three times having this particular behaviour, in the span of two consecutive weeks (one of them being in this video but there are two separate situations with different stimuli where he reacted the same). So he had a history with these things and this is why he was no longer brought to Horse Guards afterwards, probably still in additional training when the Great Escape occured 2 days ago. From an article in the Daily Mail, Vida (the grey/white one) also had a history with being very easily spooked in the past.
Looks a bit chilly in London this morning. Sending healing thoughts for all the horses 💙 & guards after yesterdays incidents including the guard thrown at the change over out back. Thank you John for your amazing videos of the Horse Guard Calvery’s.
You are the best John! Thank you!
My family and I was there last year. We didn’t even stopped. We walked straight on by because we live in the country and we see horses every day.
❤❤Oh Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou, I know not today's meeting with Adorable Trojan, thankyou London City Walk ❤❤🇦🇺❤️🇬🇧🐴⚔️🛡️🪖👍🥰🏴🏴
Just glad the horses have the best vet care .
Gosh, seeing the names of the horses that got spooked, we've gotten to know them through your channel John and theyre such beauties, hope they rest and heal, riders and horses and even public. ❤
I would so love to see these wonderfully majestic beauties in person!
Will these “picture hounds” ever realize what they have had the good fortune to be a small party to….
Horses have been a source of magic for me since I was first introduced and I will always have a deep connection to them.
I retired my last little quarter horse mare nine years ago at the age of thirty.
She is my pride and joy!
About time arresting these people. Like update on the horses that went AWOL?
Who's been arrested? Tourists in this video or the builders who probably caused the situation yesterday
My friend had a beautiful Friesan horse who when he saw you were going to take his picture he would lift his head and pose for you. Such an awesome character he was.
Praying for Vida and Trojan after that awful runaway incident. Heartbreaking to watch them fleeing for their lives with such dreadful injuries 😢so desperately sad especially after getting to 'know and love' Trojan via John's youtube chanel. Please God let them recover and thank you John for keeping us up to date whenever able.💔It is now surely time for the 'powers that be' to ACT and not allow badly timed building work etc. to take place when these beautiful creatures and their troupers are doing a job that is usually timed to perfection. Mindfulness please! It is not 'rocket science' that horses are likely to spook at non desensitised noises causing them to act in the only way they know how when their instinct kicks in and they believe their lives to be under threat!
Awww I was hoping it wouldn’t be any of the ones we know……daft really cos it’s awful even if we didn’t know them, but I guess it’s more personal if we know them by name and have seen them at work. Last I heard the grey, Vida and the cav black with her, Quaker, have both been operated on, and it’s now a waiting game. Horrible situation.
Vida and Quaker are in serious condition. Quaker has been transferred to a veterinary hospital
That’s sad news but I guess it was to be expected..poor horses. It was one of the saddest videos to watch. I hope all that were injured make a full recovery. Prayers and positive thoughts sent from the US.❤️❤️
oh wow your commenting on a completely different incident… stop trying to muddy the water
Excellent John love every video thank you
Such a terrible thing to happen.
Absolutely heartbreaking to see those poor horses on the news, tragic.
I’m hoping that all horses & guards are ok from their trauma & recover quickly. Sending love ❤️
Hi John Are you able to find out through your contacts about the horses and Troopers please?
I'm sorry to hear what happened with the horses and some of the Guardsman. Sending prayers 🙏..... I would like to thank you John for all you do on these wonderful videos. You do a great a job, I have enjoyed all your videos. Keep the good work up.
John, you can't go to jail. Everyone likes you. I can think of a lot of tourists from videos that should have gone to jail.😊
Hi John! I've had this thought for months now, that so many people in these crowds must be wearing so many fragrances on them and it must be very hard for the horses to smell them. The other thing is why can't they paint a semicircle around the front of the box and make people stay out of that. You know, like the white lines in the yard. The other thing is Trojan looks like he wants to nibble on people's fingers. YAY Trojan! You and Ormond are my kind of horses in these disrespectful crowds. 🐴
Did all four riders get thrown when the horses were spooked? John you are very wicked making fun of the starving and penniless Tourons 🤣
poor trojan and the other horses are OK poor things and the guards too sending horsey get well soon and to the gaurds too
I think the COH rode Trojan when on duty..nice chunky horse...
OK, checked time, Jan video
Happy it's really April, lol.
I watch all your videos and the one thing amazes me are people walking three and four across the sidewalk will never move over and let people going the other way room for everyone to get by them.
Do the Guards go back and forth with the long winter uniforms because of weather?
I enjoy watching and learning from your videos. Thank you so very much for the dialogue as we watch. So many say nothing and you don’t get any information from the video except what you see and try to understand.
God Bless. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
❤❤ Oh my god I'm so Happy to see him, Beautiful Boy Trojan 😘🥰🥰🥰🥰🇦🇺❤️🇬🇧🐴⚔️🛡️🪖🥰👍👍
As an American, I need to mention this again I love your videos and your commentary. It’s the funniest I believe people think that this is all like Disneyland we understand that these are true, servicemen not to be mocked not to be harassed they’re there to do a job along with the horses, so that’s why I think they look at it as an amusement park similar to what we here have in America, Disney World, Disney land…..
My favorite is “the horse slapper is back “and “child sacrifice on your left “😂
Also, can we get a thank you for the trooper and the horse for putting up with such disrespect
I worry when hearing that two of the horses are in the equine hospital. I keep telling myself that this may be because of how doevial these horses are that they get the full package buy the reports on the horsesvseem down played when they were hurt enough to be hospitalized. I work with many special and extremely expensive horses, but if at all possible we do as much medical and surgical care at the stable they call home as its more comforting for yhem and they are less stressed. When i have a horse brought into the hospital to be treated where they have to deal with a strange place full od people they do not know, doing things they do not understand, with horses around them not from their herd, it has to be criyicsl enough to put the horse through that as well as the procedure to be done. Then again I dont know how these things are done in the UK or if this hospital is part of the guard facilities and the horses are around horses they know and people they have seen before. Either way, hospitalization to me says the injuries were perhaps being down played for public sensibilities.
Lets not forget thst horses, no matter how will trained, do experience stress and it does accumulate. These horses are teased and bullied by the public and also pick up on the emptions their riders are feelings that they are trained to not show.
Those 5 horses that made a break for it may have had a lot of compounded stress and a loud, sudden unfamiliar noise was just the cherry on the top and they had the mother of all meltdowns. These horses are used to parading on the streets of London but certainly not when filled with moving traffic and pedestrians. A police horse out in traffic and on the streets everyday would have no trouble dashing through traffic as they are familiar with vehicles and crowds and could probably do it without so much as brushing up against anything. The guard horses would have broken out expecting acopen space to run to safety and found themselves in the madness of London traffic and instead of reaching a place to calm down they were faced with a situation that just escalated their panic.
Only 1 horse is in hospital. Both have serious lacerations
Orion is stalwart… Ears back for rider. Not paying too much attention to the stupidity going on around him.
What a beautiful disposition.
I truly love the tiny bit of his Roman nose. Totally my favorite!!
Peace signs and the thumbs up like the Fonz feels like the 60-70s all over lol
Thank you for the update John!!! I hope all involved a full recovery. These beautiful animals will receive the best care available..and rightly so!! Love to all at H. Cav. xxxx
Thanks
Thank you for always being supportive Lesley - very kind of you. ❤️❤️
I really dislike all the hands put on the horses. Yes, the horses take it with a grain of salt, but thnk about it.. would you allow a hundred or more strangers a day to come up and touch your cat or your dog?
It’s ridiculous how many people have to touch the horses as for touching my dog she would take your hand off being a Patterdale Terrier lol
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again .. there’s no wonder these poor horses are having meltdowns on a regular basis.. being mauled by tourists on a daily basis … anyone who thinks this is normal should take a look at their own behaviour …
