Always love the drone footage of the trees. The colors are just beautiful. You can buy a dog all the toys on the market but they seem happiest with a stick or branch or somebody to play with. Thanks, Andrew!

My Dad built three duplexes here in town using this same design. It was cool watching them bring em in and setting them down then folding the roof ridges over and attaching them. All was completed inside them and all that was needed was hooking up utilities to them. They are still in great shape. He put them in back in 1987.
Our first house, a small 36' x 24' was a prefab too, in two modules in 1979. We sold it for a bigger cottage, built on site. We should have kept the first one. Its buid quality was WAY better, better in insulation and air tightness, better quality of materials etc. Oh well...

Plus the cost is usually less because of the scale that the modular folks buy materials. Figure on a conventional house the builder buys a couple hundred 2X6 studs while the modular places buy them in the tens of thousands. In the plant I worked in we could start on a large triple wide on a monday and have it final inspected and ready for shipping by friday afternoon. I know the local modular shop here can put together a house like in the video in under a week. That is because many of the parts are being built all at once, instead of a framing crew of 4-5 there are 10, and at the same time they are doing the framing other crews are building the interior walls, the roof, all of the plumbing is installed. If it's a multistory home they could also be building the other floors at the same time. Most of the companies either have their own cranes or have erection crews that work with the local rental outfits with the cost of the crane included in the price of the home.

Bro! Again, with the open cab and that mower deck! You need to build you a metal door for when you're using that machine! I Mulch for a living, that stuff will bounce off a tree in fron of you and ruin your day if you don't have something to stop it. Then what we do?

Yeah, I know a guy who had a door guard fabricated out of chainmail.. Just bolted in at a few points on one side and clipped in on the other for getting in and out.. Takes about 2 minutes to install or take off..
GREAT video!! I did a little brush hogging myself so when I saw you coming in with the unit held high I was quick to make a rash judgement. THEN I saw the huge rocks there and knew why you did that. Wise!! When I was doing it it was on the back of a small farm tractor. I ran over a large ant hill and one of the blades broke right off. That darn thing flew out from under and went nearly 75 feet before digging in and stopping. That was a four inch, by one inch, by twenty inch piece of steel guillotine flying out there. Scared the snot out of me!! YOU were wise to run the way you did. I really liked the drone footage too. I saw at least six to twelve limbs that "I" could have crashed my drone into on that driveway flight!! Good flying!! And the autumn shot is priceless. Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed this.
