Very cool - You did a really good job of encompassing what its like hanging out with Andrew. He's just like you would imagine him to be after seeing a few of his videos.
Its unique to find someone with so much popularity who is a genuine as this guy is.
Great questions too very good stuff here.

There was a point in this video where Andrew mentioned that young kids could watch his videos and that is very true. My Grandsons 8 and 4 sit curled up with their Dad and watch Andrew do his work. No swearing, no inappropriate comments, just a talented equipment operator mechanic guy sharing his daily life. I'm a fan.

Fairly new to Andrew's channel. Not only do I enjoy watching the work he does, but find him easy to watch because of his aura of innocuousness, inoffensiveness, simplicity, and purity. Don't know if he is all those things, but he comes across that way. He exhibits a degree of naivete in his actions, but they aren't borne of ignorance, just simplicity. Sometimes he has to start over, but he gets it done. Add to all that the fact he loves dogs. Based on the number of subscribers and views it is apparent that a lot of people are drawn to what he possesses, or doesn't possess. The fact he hasn't allowed himself to sell out to corporate or media pressure is only an example of his character.

Andrew does what most of us men would have wanted to do at some point in our lives, but now that we are too old or that seems so unlikely, we live it through him. Watching a Camarata video is major therapy. It is so satisfying to see someone finish what he started. The dogs are a bonus, especially the playful, annoying scientist Cody. I stumbled across this video just looking for something interesting to watch. Although I watches others as well, but Andrew is at the top of the list. I think it's because of his practical approach to describing how a thing works... even when he's not sure himself, he doesn't try to fake his way about it
One thing that really impressed me about him, was being stopped by the highway patrol officer because his truck was not properly licensed to be on the streets working, Andrew got on the case and corrected all the violations and he even presented them to his subscribers, now that impressed me.

For me, the appeal about Andrew is his attitude. I always remember the video he did installing a drain field and the inspector or the owner (I forget which) made him re-do it like 3 or 4 times, by no fault of his. But he persisted and just did it. Most people (likely including myself) would have told them to shove it and walked away, but he didn’t. He just pressed on and finished it. Very impressive attitude.

A very nice watch. Well done! Have to say I'm a fairly unexpected fan of Andrew Camarata. Or his work, I should say, rather. No BS. No clickbait thumbnails. No begging for likes and subscriptions. No name-dropping of companies or other youtubers. No sneaky promos. No begging for people to fund his life and hobbies through Patreon, or worse. He just gets on with things, mostly calm and collected, and takes everything in his stride. The amount of stuff I've learnt from watching his videos about fixing, operating and maintaining stuff is mind-blowing. So, very nice to see a little more of the person behind. Though, expectedly, he is just the same guy as comes across in all his videos :)

I enjoy watching Andrew work and admire his ability to fix things that he breaks...Ha! Just kidding, but he can fix and restore stuff and seems to know a lot about engines and machines. Loe the dogs, also. He is a unique guy. Thanks for the interview.

Andrew is tenacious. He always finds a way to solve a problem or to get a project done. He fixes all of his own equipment, and of course, has built his 'Castle Camarata' over the past few years while continuing to do his excavating work around his community. His dog Levi, lived until about a week after this video was posted. He was 2 days short of his 15th birthday. The other dog, Cody, is only a year old.

I commented one other time on another older video which I found scrolling through youtube videos. I said then I was fascinated by his
down to earth personality and his true desire to work things out himself no matter how difficult things got, one after another. It made
me feel so at ease and calm. I am a fan. I am a 74 year old asian male and wish Andrew all the best that youtube can offer.

Andrew is genuinely just a good person, he honestly just thinks so differently from most UA-camrs. He’s not in it for money or fame, just filming his life and what he loves to do. I respect that a lot

Andrew is a really fascinating guy and a true hands-on artist. I've been following him since early in the castle build and have enjoyed every upload since.
I must also give credit to Brad for the making of this interview where you really opened up Andrew to speak his desires and thoughts about his life dreams. Very well done.

Brilliant! A thorough, sincere, and honoring video record of a true polymath who is unaware of his talent. His prowess is surpassed only by his humility and gentle spirit. He would fit perfectly here in Alabama. God Bless you B-Rad and Andrew. We can't wait to see what's next!

Andrew has wisdom and clarity of purpose. He is an artist in the purest sense - uncompromising, unapologetic, continually evolving. Imagine if we all exercised that kind of freedom.

You did a great job on this. I'm a little envious you were able to spend time there talking to him. It was very interesting getting to hear a lot of what Andrew had to say and you asked a lot of things that I've wondered myself. I think one of the biggest things that makes him so likable is that he's not afraid to be himself. He does and says what he wants, and he clearly didn't let a lot of things bother him as comes across as a very unstressed person. He lives a true life of freedom, doesn't care much of materialistic things, has a lot of great ideas on how things should be built and work, and he's incredibly intelligent. He's a true jack of all trades. There's also something about how he puts his videos together. I never thought I'd spend over an hour watching a guy work on a piece of equipment and be thoroughly entertained. Plus, who doesn't like a guy who uses a chainsaw to install a radio in his truck? Lol. Thank you for doing this.

Andrew was the first channel I subscribed to on UA-cam. Actually got to meet him and mowed part of a field on his Ford Tractor. Great guy. Questions I would have asked:
1.) one video was filmed by another individual with Andrew just talking. How did he feel about that experience?
2.) Did he fire the female “employee” who assisted in the window and door installation on the upper sections of the container castle? Thanks for the great video!

I said kind of the same thing on a different video. I said he should do shirts with his sayings like measure never drill 3 times, if your gonna jump don't jump where the crane is gonna end up, if you can survive a 3 wheeler you can survive anything, well looks like I'm getting some new parts after this... or one with a check list like wrench check, impact check touch check cut-off wheel. But anyway you understand what I was getting at, and I believe people would buy the stupid fast
