A little while ago Pete went through a bad phase. It is great to see him out of that and playing some super golf. We are of a similar vintage and I too have been through a bad phase where I couldn't hit a thing. I've got a big charity day match on Friday..I hope Pete has shown me that form is temporary...We shall see...
This is the course I started on - lessons with Doug(?) 43 years ago! Bought some tiger shark clubs in the pro shop and watched the new developments - clubhouse, changes to some holes due to coastal path and erosion, practice facilites etc. Great course and one I always wanted to play when visiting parents in Scarborough. Great value, great greens, great practice facilities (we used to have to collect our balls), views and great memories... Always, also, great to see you two enjoying yourselves
Great video. Another cracking course to play is Leasowe in the Wirral. £30, i think you would be hard pushed to find a better value course in the whole of the UK! proper links golf sandwiched between Wallasey and Royal Liverpool.
