I love randomly stumbling on a fellow SCAdians video. That colour is absolutely stunning and congratulations on your first award, always a thrilling moment.
Your dress turned out beautifully. Love the fabric you used. Actually was watching this video while getting ready to go to my own SCA event, Tir Righ November Coronet. Italian Ren is my go to fashion for the SCA. There are frustratingly few patterns/resources available that are historical though. Looking forward to your next video to see what award you were given (My guess is AoA).
@@dee-annegordon5959 Thank you so much!! How fun! It’s great to watch other SCA videos while preparing for an event. I agree that there are frustratingly few patterns for historical Renaissance and medieval clothing, particularly Italian Renaissance. And thank you! I am excited to have that video come out the week after next.
Good job. There are patterns for the Italian Renaissance. There's Margo Anderson's Italian Renaissance patterns, Period Patterns #41 available from an Etsy seller, and Reconstructing History pattern's.
Hi Belle. I love seeing Renaissance clothes in that style. Enjoy it!
Thank you!!💜💜
That turned out wonderful! The colour is stunning on you.
Thank you so much! 💜💜
