THX I've had health issues since I was 20 I'm now 50 over 30 years ago the medical treatment has improved but it's too late for me I've had a hell of a life but grateful to learn better late than never & this helps my acceptance of the condition !

3 years and I didn’t know I was even depressed until recently and quarantine made everything worse rip, im trying to get better and getting over social anxiety and fear or just getting treatment for depression should help, exercise always does and boosts self esteem

I am. Once I got ssri, vit d and lions main. I can access my brain again 😮. Too soon to tell for sure tho
