It's not scam, sometimes it happens but sometimes the scam who is doing it is the delivery guy. I purchased my new pixel 6a and exchange my old redmi, my screen was broken on the top but the display was working I put that my screen is broken and exchange value was 2800. Guy came and said its going to be 1800 I said why he said itna hi banega sab daalne ke baad and he said the rest amount you have to pay with cash. I didn't thought that much cause the phone was in a pretty bad condition software wise so getting even that much was good for me. But later on Flipkart it said the phone was exchanged for 2800. After talking with Flipkart for over 2 days they gave me gift voucher for 1000rs which I used to buy a headset. So contact coustomer care I say.
PS they still refunded the amount even though I didn't have any proof that I paid 1000 rs from cash, if they did an inquiry the guy could have lied that he didn't but it support doesn't care about those.

@@_R3ap3R_. 1) now a days online stores don't gave that much discount like earlier days during bbd sale or great indian festival days.2) Replacement policy changed, now after buying a phone if it turn out to be a defective piece owner have to visit the brand's service centre of himself to replace the defective piece. 3) Buying experience is way better in offline stores than Flipkart or Amazon.4) If you exchange old phone they always give silly reasons to reduce the phones price( which actually was given very small ).5) final reason is particular for Flipkart..they charge you 99 rs for secured packing but if you see their packaging quality drops drastically in few years. I really don't understand why should a customer pay for "packaging", offline stores gives packaging free of cost and even some gifts during festival seasons.

I am sorry but i had a great experience when i exchanged my redmi note 4 with nothing phone 2 while it just lunched. Exchange charges were very minimal and i got the exchange value of 8K for a really old redmi note 4 as it was purchased when it was launched. I didn't realise iphone had a less exchnage value than redmi 😂. I am sorry but for some reason, this makes me daamn happy..😂😂😂😂

Exactly true.. Flipkart exchange offer is a big scam.I placed an exchange for iPhone XR the phone is in superb condition like almost new one. On the website it quoted 10k but when the Flipkart executive came up and did some tests he was willing to find out the loop holes and said u have one small paint washed out, one small dent etc. and reduced price to 3400/- straight from 10k offered price. I immediately rejected it and they played a mental game saying that u have to decide immediately now either pay the amount full or cancel the order

During Last Years BBD sale i had my old phone exchanged, ist the delivery boy said i would not get the full value, then i went on to delivery office one of the managers cheak he said i would get even lower i didn't exchange and asked them to give the Office main incharge number i contacted him and went at 11pm night in the delivery office i showed the incharge my phone he didn't even cheaked and gave the full value of exchange
If this scam happens tell them you don't need it anymore exchange and talk to the Flipkart customer care then and there immediately.Mera sath esha hua tha but I told them the phone is in good condition but the delivery boy want to place it at a lower price as offered. This is true dude! Flipkart exchange is a total scam and you'll always get less money than quoted even if your phone's in pristine condition! You can only get full quotation amount if you argue with the delivery boy and this is the reason I buy phones in exchange at COD only. And if your phone has slightly paint worn off they will say it is body damaged and there's no way you can convince them otherwise
Well my Flipkart exchange experience was very good they gave me the highest price for the mobile that they offer. Where as Amazon refused to take the mobile saying that there is slight discoloration around the charging port

Flipkart ka return use na he karo to better hai 90% of time they will not take the old phone even if there is a small scratch. It's better to sell phone in cashify or Amazon in worst case.

Exactly true.. Flipkart exchange offer is a big scam.I placed an exchange for iPhone XR the phone is in superb condition like almost new one. On the website it quoted 10k but when the Flipkart executive came up and did some tests he was willing to find out the loop holes and said u have one small paint washed out, one small dent etc. and reduced price to 3400/- straight from 10k offered price. I immediately rejected it and they played a mental game saying that u have to decide immediately now either pay the amount full or cancel the order
Scam hai bhai. Mera S22 lene aya tha Banda bolta hai display duplicate hai meine delivery cancel kiya aur complaint kiya bande ka. Next day vapas aya aur jaise k jaise le Gaya with same amount. There is big scam going on with these delivery boys. Beware.
You should have argued or called Flipkart. I also faced the same problem while buying S23 . The guy was giving me 1500 rupees less for no reason. I directly dialed Flipkart and told the situation. Then he said don't complain you will get the money.

During Last Years BBD sale i had my old phone exchanged, ist the delivery boy said i would not get the full value, then i went on to delivery office one of the managers cheak he said i would get even lower i didn't exchange and asked them to give the Office main incharge number i contacted him and went at 11pm night in the delivery office i showed the incharge my phone he didn't even cheaked and gave the full value of exchange
If this scam happens tell them you don't need it anymore exchange and talk to the Flipkart customer care then and there immediately.Mera sath esha hua tha but I told them the phone is in good condition but the delivery boy want to place it at a lower price as offered. I got the full exchange amount from Flipkart

This is true dude! Flipkart exchange is a total scam and you'll always get less money than quoted even if your phone's in pristine condition! You can only get full quotation amount if you argue with the delivery boy and this is the reason I buy phones in exchange at COD only. And if your phone has slightly paint worn off they will say it is body damaged and there's no way you can convince them otherwise

Flipkart ka return use na he karo to better hai 90% of time they will not take the old phone even if there is a small scratch. It's better to sell phone in cashify or Amazon in worst case.
