Apollus transformation is one of my top 10 anime moments of all time, like I gasped so hard I forgot to breathe normally. I was in an inexplicable state of joy and excitement, like, I cannot even describe it. And that was around 15 years ago or so, the feeling never wanes. Priceless.
It was unfortunately ported to the Sega Saturn, which sold pitifully on the states. I do remember playing the game in an arcade cabinet at Walmart when I was a kid. Wish they still did that.
Power Explosion is my favourite attack. Also, you missed out like a number of attacks: Kraken's Skull Gun and Gunrock's Earthquake. Rogue also had a few more attacks.
Dudes, I just noticed the Kung Fu guy Wang-Tang is a total homage to DragonBall Z transformation, but they completely forgot that his gem was green, not yellow and so most of his transformation is yellow instead of green. The other characters keeps something distinctive about the color of their gem by Wang-Tang is mostly yellow.
The thing about the gems is that no one had a separate stone in the games themselves. It wasn't until the anime that the characters had their own stones, so I don't think the color of the stones matching up with characters was planned out.
His background is green. There's green in his costume. The creator said he was paying direct homage to Goku when he made Wang Tang. It's no secret. There were no mistakes.
With Steven Universe being so popular I feel like this show can be rebooted, it has some really great ideas and I think they can go bigger, better with this idea.
+dan henry it's possible; there should be a plot which the seven ones who were using those stones would all become a team and they would all be fighting together
Can you believe that in the original anime they called (Edward) Falcon was named Fokker? I know it's some kind of brand for old planes, but come on "Fokker"? Who wouldn't joke about that name?
@@joshuaarmstrong7576 Capcom did make a port onto the PSP/VITA called the power stone collection which contained both power stone 1 & 2. but then again the psp didn't do well and Sony ceased all network and online functionality for the handheld platform.
