Exactement comme dans la réalité : tu piques la balles en plein milieu, tu lèves, tu te places face au chariot, bien perpendiculaire, et tu poses la balle. Ensuite, tu recules doucement pour vérifier que la balle reste bien en place (il faut baisser un peu la fourche pour qu'elle ne touche pas les zones de collision de la balle) Une fois que tu as l'habitude, ça prend moins de 10 minutes pour charger un chariot tout seul (en allant chercher les balles dispersées dans le champ)
Pour les maps, c'est jouable sans "conversion". Pour les mods, il faut passer par la case conversion à chaque fois (c'est un peu logique, c'est comme s'il s'agissait d'une nouvelle version du jeu) => pour l'instant, les tutoriaux sont en anglais sur FS-UK
If you have a wrapper able to work with 120cm x 180cm round bales, surely. But this is not recommended. Most of the time, when you wrap bales, this is "wet" hay bale or "grass" bales. Just imagine how much weight it represents for a roundbale of this size... (you could easily reach 2 Tons in grass) This is wiser to use a smaller round baler for this matter I think.
by default : no (like in reality) If you find a special attacher link to put between the combine and the baler, this could be possible (there is some videos showing that IRL on youtube)
If even on a "short" video like that you can't see any difference with the base game, you should play a little more the base game ;) You can also watch the other videos from this playlist to discover other features of the mod. BTW : this is a new physic engine, and so, yes, vehicles are the same (looking wise - only a few corrections on some)

I don't think you will be able to : - move a bale already on the bale trailer - upside down the bale trailer - get a real acceleration - loose speed when going uphill / gain speed going downhill - hear the full motor sound when not at full speed but at full power - etc etc etc

And no farmer with common sence would try to make a 1.8m diameter bale in wet grass.

You have to make something like 2.5-3 bales before the first one is "ejected", like in reality. Did you try that ?
