Yes, Divya you got it correct. While the bot is suspended it can be used by other processes. The bot as a resource will be free to be taken over by other processes
I'm on Community Edition (latest version) and Studio Version 21.10.5. When I execute the project from Studio - it works as described in your video. However, when executing from Assistant, the job seems to go into hang after action is completed in Action Center. In Orchestrator, the Jobs tab shows the job has resumed but does not display any resources. The log still shows the job is suspended. Any idea why this is happening?
Hi Maria, Post assigning the task use the mail activities to send the action url to the assignee, I have not discovered direct mailing feature in action Centre if I do so I would let you know
