Hi Rakesh, thanks for always making so useful practical videos. I am trying to establish an integration but I do not get the same landing page.. instance and plug in to check for in service now. It takes me to App Engine Studio - Home, My App, Template, Resource - I only see these 4 on my screen in Service now, any suggestion ?
Hi Rakesh I have a use case like , once incident is created then we will receive an email. once received an email then trigger the bot , bot will read the incident number from the email and then connect to service now and open the incident then change the status as accept and assign to some one and close the service now. could you please help me on this use case , how can i update the incident through uipath.
