I am confused when you said covid testing - nothing is required now - what did you mean by that? Also - thanks for the video - going to rome in July!
Hi, covid testing was only required by our cruise ship company Royal Caribbean. That itinerary was going to Greece. At the time ( Sept 2022) Greece was one of the few countries still requiring testing. Italy had totally oped its borders, no testing required. I believe that Greece has since lifted their requirements as well. Have a great trip! Italy is awesome! Thank you for watching!

Hello! Yes it was. We had trouble remembering. So, we looked it up, and it was the Airbus 330.
@@retiredlifeolliestyle152 thank you. My flight in October from ATL to FCO is A350. It doesn’t have Premium Select seats. I wonder if that was an old cabins plane and they have not been upgraded. I do like to fly A350-900neo or 1000. Not a big fan of A330-300 or Neo.

@@duaneowens7777 no the restriction had just been lifted but we needed a Covid test for the cruise we were going on out of Italy so we didn’t take any chances we appreciate you watching
Great video why didn't taka a plane to get to Atlanta instead to rent a car??
Hi, it was actually cheaper to fly straight out of Atlanta. The car rental was very inexpensive.
How far out did you purchase your airline tickets from Atlanta to Rome?
I think it was about 2 months before we left. We always get insurance when we leave the country.
If you can book 6 months or more ahead you'll often find better deals on plane tickets
